Job Description:
Fully responsible for branch operation which covering the svc sales,
KA development &management; workshop operation, service (High
Horse Power, HHP; O&G, Oil & Gas Engines);
1. Service Sales & KA management
AOP of service sales set up according to the aftermarket share &
informations;
2. Parts sales prices controlling, and sign the contract according to
the svc sales policies(parts& labor & others); ensure the contract
smoothly implemented and under control;
Ensure onsite service engineers (located in the customer site)
collecting right information for the key accounts, through the lens
of customer , reported all the voice & feedback from the
customer site, and timely solving the issues in the region of
HUBEI,HUAN,JIANXI provinces;
Regular visit our key accounts, listening to the decision-makers’
voice, maintain high level of customer satisfaction, meanwhile,
maximize the profit we can handle.
Provide service solution package for the key accounts, fully
utilizing the resource of customer & company professions of
service engineers, remain good relationship with customers in

Regular face to face communication for the equipments’
maintenance, major overhauls, mid overhauls, minor repairs and

Lead the branch workshop annual budget, including equipment
investment, headcount plan, CAPEX, RFA and training plan.
Coach, mentor people, fairly evaluate people’s performance,
drive talent upgrade and organization strength; control of WIP;
Ensure the quality of the major overhaul, mid overhaul, and
minor repairs, making sure all of repairs meet the standard of
company regulations.
Arrange right service person for the right engine models

Provide various service reports which related to the quality
issue, keep good communication with headquarter tech dept,
seeking technical support from central tech dept when facing on
the catastrophic failures.
