meets events, advertisements, promotional schemes, incentive scheme etc.
• Focus on daily collection.

• Counsel dealers on performance improvement based on action card and dealer call reports.
• Facilitate idea generation and exchange of best practices between dealers.
• Ensure dealer sales and service infrastructure in the area.
• Network planning and execution in non performing coverage area.
• Enforce training of dealer and dealership staff and also conduct on spot training for sales
service staff.
