Round the clock service support to clients and to dealer engineers across Northern regions as well as
West regions.
Customer service and maintenance operations for numerous engines used for Diesel Gensets,
Automotive, Compressors, Earth moving Equipment etc.
Marketing of products launched viz. Batteries, Acoustic, Alternators, Recon Engines, and FCM etc.
Numerous functions leading to increase in parts sales and achievement of AOP.
Proactive & Reactive visits to the customers, who are under comprehensive annual maintenance
contract, and on basis of their engine health condition submit quotation of required parts to customer.
Preparing of BI for raising the proper invoice to the customer.
TECHNICAL:

Ensuring adherence to service standards and ensuring compliance to the norms.
Managing the escalated cases and addressing the concerns registered at a higher level.
2. Operations & Maintenance:
Planning and effective preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to
increase machine up time / equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets
within budget.
Material procurement & purchase planning, ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs. Conduct
Inventory analysis, lead-time, vendor rating and dev. with inventory verification of stock items.
Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s
through application of trouble shooting tools.
Overseeing installation, commissioning of equipment’s.
Overseeing Contract Compliance Assurance, Warranty Management and assuring goals cum service
levels like MTTR, CCRI.
Prepare Risk Assessment and Aspect Impact analysis to maintain 5S & OHSAS standard.
