• Implemented new business model for MPC establishment successfully under difficult market
condition and kept MB’s leading position in the western European imported trucks in 2013
• Taking the lead to drive key account direct chassis sales in firefighting, oil field, concrete pump and
bus segments. MB’s market share within the imported segment stands at all-time high year to date
in 2015. Additional role also covers special vehicle sales to dealers, body builders to satisfy growing
demand on off-road application.

emerging used car market.
• Executed StarElite business strategy, introduced retail steering tools, developed 27 SPO dealers, set
industry quality standards and achieved highest residual value among Audi/BMW.
• Achieved highest trade-in ratio among SPO dealers YTD of 11% in MBCL history to support
new car sales and hit 1,000 units of certified pre-owned cars by 2011.
SENIOR MANAGER OF REGION NORTH, NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
• Co-Lead launch of Distribution Support Program with Stuttgart under sponsorship of CEO in
greater China to coach new dealers on sales and aftersales retail process. This best-practice
program is still operating and expanding today.
• Developed 100+ dealers with state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz facility standards.
• Lead the regional dealer selection team of MBCL/BBAC to conduct new dealer selection process
covering business plan, feasibility study, funding preparation, site location and proposed
management team to meet Master Plan’s format, timeline and ownership requirement.
• Developed regional functions and championed local talents.
Taikoo Enterprise Ltd. (Distributor for Volvo and KIA)- Swire Group, Beijing, China

• Transferred from Taiwan office to Beijing office to head Volvo and Kia passenger car wholesales
operations and initiate Saab and Cadillac new business projects negotiation with GM China.
• Executed Taikoo Motors Board’s decision to close all operations in across 6 locations in China as a
result of a China Central Customs investigation among all foreign automobile importers.
• Performed staff reduction (with more than 230 employees) peacefully through the termination of
employment contracts and terminated all 33 Volvo dealer contracts without dispute.

(UA) crisis lost control (Taiwan automobile industry experienced for the very first time).
