CAREER EXPERIENCES
I jointed to V-TRAC Company in 1998 in Spare Parts Department. (V-TRAC is
CATERPILLAR authorize dealer in VietNam, we supply spare parts for Heavy Industrial,
Machinery, and Engine…). I have worked 10 years in spare parts field.
- From 1998 to 2001, I was Parts Sales man with main responsibility:
+ Follow up customer when their equipment is commissioned
+ Consult customer about operating of their equipment and doing interval
maintenance schedule
+ Supports customer about technical issue
+ Work with Service Department to repair customer equipment when they need
+ Supply spare parts to customer (make quotation, parts contract, order,
invoice…)
+ Follow up payment
+ Report
- From 2001 to 2005, I was Supervisor position in Parts Department: I am
main responsibility for parts transaction in Middle and South region.

customer requirements

+ Calculate the price to ensure the profit is as BOM requirement
+ Control Offshore deal order
+ Do budget for Operation
+ Commit with BOM about the operation targets as profit, filled rate, and stock
turn.

+ Keep on main responsibilities as Deputy’s title but the target will be controlled
for the nationwide
+ Make forecast for parts stock and develop parts business strategy
