1999 - Current As Head Operations in handling total profit centre for major products in Chemico
Exports ltd. As Group Head on total management and strategy , refinement roles and
for all Business modules , Commercial and Logistics matters for
evolving Business strategy and alliance with Buying Houses and end users to manage
the growth and Profitability of the Organisation in each area. Products are Chemicals,
and value added items for various segments.
1995 –1999 Elevated as Senior General Manager –Business alliances and
Marketing solutions for all sales , Adminstration and commercial domains
and later as Commercial and Operations Head for major mfg and selling of
Chemicals and engg Components for the core segments .
Was Heading the Division for Alliance Group ltd.
monitoring all Strategic planning, Commercial and logistics ,
Legal and Admin. functions , scrutinize MIS and attaining the
targeted growth each financial year . Was reporting to the Board of Directors
1989 –1995 Had worked as General Manager – Sales for Indian operations at
Stahl G.B ltd ., U K .,, trained as Application technician and had
increased the team strength and the Branches for servicing the
north and south Indian clientele.Had been instrumental in
achieving the business growth and Profit levels each year with
escalation in contribution and quantum growth .Have had
direct interactions with Leather and export oriented Products .
1983.1989 Joined as Branch Manager at BASF,AG.for India Operations at
Bangalore .and Chennai. Had deployed the full tech Team
and planned the growth with quantum sales and profitability and
achieved new Projects with major partners in the Trade. Had
built the growth to commendable levels with self designed
Planning modules for the mfg and selling domains.
1978.1983 Joined as Senior Executive - Accounts, Admin and Credit
Control and later as Commercial manager in Easun
Engineering Co Pvt .as Commercial manager , to manage the
Total Commercial matters , Credit control , financials and
Consortium of Bankers for funds utilization and
reporting to the Deputy Managing Director.
Education Details.
1976 Passed B.Com degree with Special accounts and Costing
And also attended the Cost and accountancy course.
1982 Had completed MBA in Mktg and Exports management
in LIBA and also Obtained the I R D A Certt Course in 2000.
# Have good knowledge and fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
