Do You Know working less can actually produce better results?
I think working harder is not always the right path to success. The right path is smart working. One of my brother told me that if some one order you to make a cup of tea for him, but you have all materials without milk then you may go market and takes milk after that you make a cup of tea for him but when you give him the tea that time he was sleeping .So wheres goes your hard work to collect milk? Rather if you make a cup of tea without milk that was smart work for you.So the key to success is not hard working but smart working.

Here are 9 out of 24 tips on how to overcome fear of failure. For 13 more tips of this type, click the link: http://vkool.com/how-to-overcome-fear-of-failure/.
1. Identify Causes
Identifying where the fear of failure starts is the first step to get over it. You should sit down, breathe deeply, and try to figure out why the fear of failure appeared. The reasons may be negative thoughts, pessimism, or wrong predictions.
2. Research Alternatives
You should think of as many potential consequences as possible. Doing it this way helps you aware of all difficulties you may have, and be able to determine what should be done for success.
You should prepare at least one alternative solution to use when the initial plan does not work.
3. Treat Failure As A Lesson
One of the most efficient tips on how to overcome fear of failure is to consider it a good lesson or experience. If you fail this time, you will still get something called experience. With this experience, you will get success easier next time.
4. Make A Concrete Plan
Making a concrete plan is another tip on how to overcome fear of failure. What you need to do is to prepare carefully for every single step in the plan. The more detailed your plan is, the easier the success comes.
5. Take Action
The best way to eliminate fear of failure is to take action. Practice makes perfect. Taking action is a chance to experience the facts and gain knowledge. If you dare not do anything, you will never know how to do them right. Everything is difficult when you do it the first time. After that, it will be easier.
6. Balance Your Life
No matter how important the success is, you should still balance your life with other activities rather than focusing on the success only. You should spend time doing your hobbies to refresh your body and mind so as to come closer to success.
7. Believe In Yourself
You should believe that if you try, you will be able to overcome difficulties. Do not give up easily. If you try hard, you will have chances to succeed no matter how hard the case is. If you give up, you will no longer have any chance to be successful.
8. Learn From Others
Learning from others’ stories or successes is also a tip on how to overcome fear of failure. Successful stories will encourage you to move forward. You can also learn from those people the way to carry out their plans for success.
9. Free Your Mind
This is the most important technique on how to overcome fear of failure at work and in life. The fear is from your mind. If your mind is full of negative or pessimistic thoughts, it will create fears. Therefore, you should learn to clean, and refresh your mind by doing yoga or meditation every day. The quieter the mind is, the better it can hear and see, and the easier you can get success.

Building Character: Creating Consistent Experiences With Design Principles- ...Mad*Pow
Inconsistency is one of the most common points of breakdown and frustration in the interactions and experiences we have. Whether we’re interacting with other people, applications, our bank, our doctor, our government, anyone, we form expectations and understandings of what someone or something will do based on our previous experiences and their past behaviors. When something happens that doesn’t fit with those expectations–that seems out of character–we’re caught off guard. What do we do next? What should we expect now?
Principles act as rules that guide how we think and act. Formed by our motivations, values, and beliefs, we use them as “lenses” through which we examine information in order to make decisions on what to do. And because of their persistent influence on our behavior, they influence other’s views and expectations of us. Using these same kinds of constructs throughout the design process we can design interactions and consistent behaviors that set and live up to expectations for our audiences.
Why our executive team didn't write our culture deck, on Harvard Business Review: http://blogs.hbr.org/cs/2013/06/why_executive_teams_shouldnt_write.html
Is corporate culture really about organizational structure and incentives? What the company’s founders and executive team is on a mission to accomplish? How those same people ideally want their culture projected to investors? Or is company culture more about who people are and how they interact – what commonalities they share, and how they work and play?
Genuine culture is organic, not imposed. It’s why our executive team did not write our culture deck. Culture is what keeps people at Nanigans – not our mission statement or how our teams are structured. Our culture deck is a guide for company hiring and fit, as much as it is a signature of what’s made us so successful to date.

I’m self-aware - I know myself, my emotions,
feelings, competences(K.S.A), limitations
(because when I know myself, I know where and
how to direct my efforts, process information,
regulate my behaviour, make decisions and
generally, organize myself).

friends, families, associates etc.) People are
indispensable.

Once Akbar Badshah sitting in his mahal, saw some people going
on camels. He sent one of his sardar to find out who are they?
He ran and came saying those are sellers. Badshah asked “what
are they selling?” Sardar again ran and came with answer “date"
Badshah asked “from which town are they?” again Sardar ran and
came with answer “Afganistan”. Akbar then asked to call Birbal.
When Birbal came, Badshah told him to go ask those people just
Who they are? Birbal went there came with a gift in hand for
Badshah, he said "your Majesty, they are sellers from Afganisthan
selling dates, they are going to Lakhanow, and when I told them
that HIS Majesty was asking about them They gave me a Gift for
HIS MAJESTY, this is the Gift”.
