The document discusses the concepts of working hard and working smart. It states that working smart, which involves planning, being proactive, considering time and costs, and leveraging networks, is now more advanced than solely working hard. Working smart and working hard complement each other and both are needed. Working smart means having self-awareness, leveraging contacts, being aware of your environment, delegating tasks, seeking help when needed, learning from mistakes, and keeping communication lines open. It provides examples of how working smart can lead to fulfillment, higher productivity, effectiveness and adding value compared to only working hard.
Do You Know working less can actually produce better results?
I think working harder is not always the right path to success. The right path is smart working. One of my brother told me that if some one order you to make a cup of tea for him, but you have all materials without milk then you may go market and takes milk after that you make a cup of tea for him but when you give him the tea that time he was sleeping .So wheres goes your hard work to collect milk? Rather if you make a cup of tea without milk that was smart work for you.So the key to success is not hard working but smart working.

Some slides on people management: why managing people in the software development lifecycle, how to manage people and how to choose team members of a project.
“Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back.” Harvey Mackay..
Why our executive team didn't write our culture deck, on Harvard Business Review: http://blogs.hbr.org/cs/2013/06/why_executive_teams_shouldnt_write.html
Is corporate culture really about organizational structure and incentives? What the company’s founders and executive team is on a mission to accomplish? How those same people ideally want their culture projected to investors? Or is company culture more about who people are and how they interact – what commonalities they share, and how they work and play?
Genuine culture is organic, not imposed. It’s why our executive team did not write our culture deck. Culture is what keeps people at Nanigans – not our mission statement or how our teams are structured. Our culture deck is a guide for company hiring and fit, as much as it is a signature of what’s made us so successful to date.

A sales person is a tool to get your offering out to prospects and/or customers. It’s true we can control the offering and we can shape the message presented. But it’s the Sales person’s style, presentation and skills that will determine how the customer or prospect will feel about usIT’S NOT WHAT YOU SAY IT IS. IT’S HOW THEY SAY IT

Often, many people apply to become sales professionals simply because it is convenient. The result of this mentality is the creation of non-professional sales people.
Our “Creating a Winning Sales Mindset” course works under the fact that selling is more about attitude than skill. No matter how skilled an individual is in selling, without the right attitude and direction, he or she will always be mediocre at best.
This influential course is ideal for helping our sales team improve their competency in managing change and taking responsibility for their actions at work and in life; in order to quit passing the blame to others. By changing the way our sales people respond to challenges, focus on time, and think about change, this course will help them start paving their own path to success in the workplace and, eventually, in their own lives.
This two-day course also includes powerful introspective tools and resources to help in implementing behavioral change.
Through this course, they will be able to:
1. Identify their specific purpose, goals and objectives for working in sales and connect their personal goals with their chosen profession
2. Recognize where their stress in coming from and prepare themselves to handle it
3. Describe the role emotions play in their work (and life) and illustrate how to manage their emotions (and that of those around them) to achieve work effectiveness
4. Distinguish between proactive and reactive behavior and utilize the 5-Ps of proactive behavior to take control of their actions
5. Enumerate the steps to solution-based and critical thinking and apply these steps in the workplace
6. Explain the principles of time management and employ these principles in their jobs and tasks
7. Identify and apply the basic concepts of effective communication to their work and life
8. Implement a winning Sales Behavior to their work in order to achieve excellent results
Recruiting candidates with the right attitude and cultural fit requires understanding key values and motivators. When you can articulate what makes your organization tick, then the job of hiring star performers becomes a whole lot easier.
This presentation was made to students and advertising interns interested to consider the career path of a Strategic Planner. Also included within this slide deck are my speaking notes as many off-slide points were also made.

You’ll learn how to identify repetitive, non-productive behavior and how to replace it with more appropriate behavior.
https://bit.ly/BabeSideDoll4u Babeside is a company that specializes in creating handcrafted reborn dolls. These dolls are designed to be incredibly lifelike, with realistic skin tones and hair, and they have become increasingly popular among collectors and those who use them for therapeutic purposes. At Babeside, we believe that our reborn dolls can provide comfort and healing to anyone who needs it.
The Healing Power of Babeside's Handcrafted Creations
Our reborn dolls are more than just beautiful pieces of art - they can also help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Studies have shown that holding or cuddling a soft object like a stuffed animal or a reborn doll can release oxytocin, which is often referred to as the "love hormone." This hormone helps us feel calm and relaxed, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
In addition to their physical benefits, reborn dolls can also offer emotional support. For many people, having something to care for and nurture can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Reborn dolls can also serve as a reminder of happy memories or loved ones who have passed away.
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
