  3. 3. Completeness  The message should be complete, and contain all the information needed by the reciever.  Incomplete information can lead to inappropriate concequences.
  4. 4. Concreteness  Use specific words, rather than general.  Keep it Simple.
  5. 5. e.g: 'Give this file to the Manager' 'Give this file to the Accounts Manager.'
  6. 6. Consideration  To be sincere,  Unbiased  To respect other's values & opinions.  Putting your feet in someone else's shoes.
  7. 7. When you are not considerate...
  8. 8. Clarity  Message should not be ambigued.  Use exact and concrete words.  Clearity makes understanding easier.
  9. 9. Courtesy  To give respect.  Using kind words like; Sorry, Thankyou, Good Morning.
  10. 10. Or atleast Smile
  11. 11. Conciseness  Give your message using least possible words.  Avoid repeatition of words.  It highlights the main message & helps save time & cost.
  12. 12. If you put extra and irrelevant words, people might get bored.
  13. 13. Correctness  Proper usage of grammer,  Facts and figures .
  14. 14. Commas save lives
  15. 15. Seven C's,  Save your time and cost.  Help your message be conveyed properly.  Can help you have good relationships with people.  Eliminates uncertainity.
