 The message should be
complete, and contain all
the information needed
by the reciever.
 Incomplete information
can lead to inappropriate
concequences.
Concreteness
 Use specific words, rather
than general.
 Keep it Simple.
e.g:
'Give this file to the Manager'
'Give this file to the Accounts
Manager.'
Consideration
 To be sincere,
 Unbiased
 To respect other's values &
opinions.
 Putting your feet in someone
else's shoes.
When you are not considerate...
Clarity
 Message should not be ambigued.
 Use exact and concrete words.
 Clearity makes understanding
easier.
Courtesy
 To give respect.
 Using kind words like;
Sorry, Thankyou, Good Morning.
Or atleast Smile
Conciseness
 Give your message using least possible
words.
 Avoid repeatition of words.
 It highlights the main message & helps
save time & cost.
If you put extra and irrelevant words, people
might get bored.
Correctness  Proper usage of grammer,
 Facts and figures .
Commas save lives
Seven C's,
