TAKE SMALL STEPS TO GET
TO DATA DRIVEN DESIGN!
• Delve into your analytics and understand page specifics vs. broad data
points (bounce, time on page, etc.)
• Make sure to get your stakeholders, staff, and fundraisers involved and
good with the plan…even if it changes
• Start small and keep it simple with user testing – 5 testers find almost
as many usability problems as testing 10!
• Know you’ve got this. It’ll be a fight to stop and test, but it’s worth it!
