We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

• Launched in 2011, from the merger of ISRM and ISPAL - CIMSPA is the professional
development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector.
• CIMSPA was awarded chartered status by the Privy Council, which came into effect
at the start of January 2012.
• CIMSPA provides leadership, support and empowerment for professionals working
in sport and physical activity and a single unified voice for the sector
3. The workforce:
• It is estimated that 66% of the leaders and managers working in our sector
are qualified at Level 3 or above
• Of that 66%, less than 50% have had any management training
• Less than 5% of the leaders and managers in our sector have undertaken
any formal personal development in the last 5 years
