HR Operations:
➢ Working as a Sr. Analyst – Service Delivery Ops in the HR Shared services department as a Team Lead for HR Shared Services team.
➢ Handling a team of 25 members for shared services and HRSS contact center from India for Cananda, Poland and North American
Clients.
➢ Responsible for Hire to Retire process for Kraft Heinz North American, Canadian and Europe regional employees.
➢ Responsible for client data protection.
➢ Responsible for HR policy development and documentation in line with the company’s corporate vision.
➢ Managing all client escalations and providing end to end HTR services within the agreed TAT.
➢ Single point of Contact for Accenture on shore and off shore employees for HRSS team.
➢ Responsible for performance evaluation of HRSS team for North America, Canada and Poland team.
➢ Responsible for Designing competitive training programs and arranging supplies and communications for the training programs of Kraft
Hienz regional and Global teams.
➢ Monitoring STD, FMLA, and annual reviews
➢ Managing the work flow by serving more than 30,000 employees for Kraft Hienz (NA, Canada and Europe Regions)
➢ Scheduling conference calls for the HR department
➢ Responsible for maintaining candidates’ information in Work Day and dovetail tools.
➢ Very good hands on client specific tools for maintaining the employee records. (Workday, Dovetail, Cerdian, Kronos, Outlook, Drop
Zone, Accenture People Portal).
➢ Responsible for Accenture new joinee orientation program for off shore and On shore employees (India, Bucharest, San Antanio).
Recruitment:
➢ Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions for Kraft Hienz client.
➢ Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
➢ Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
➢ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on process requirement and client requirement.
➢ Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
➢ Screen candidates resumes and job applications
➢ Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
➢ Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
➢ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
➢ Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
➢ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships and client during the selection process
