1) Polyester is the best material for digital printing due to its properties, though cotton can also be used with more preparation. Polyester microfiber and CoolMax polyester provide properties like moisture wicking and breathability that are well-suited for digital printing. 2) For yarn construction, polyester continuous filament yarns like textured, flat, or twisted yarns work well for digital printing. Egyptian cotton, ring-spun cotton, and twisted cotton yarns can also produce good results. 3) Woven and knitted fabrics, especially warp knits, are suitable fabric structures for digital printing. Blend fabrics and fabrics with spandex or other fibers may require

Polyester is the best textile material for Digital Printed Fabrics, also we
can use Cotton but cotton fabric need more preparations before
printing.
Digital Printing is not suitable of other textile material like Nylon ,
Acrylic , Silk ,…etc.

Polyester Microfiber
•Definition: The technology behind microfibres is the size of the fibre.
Microfibre is by definition a fiber, in which the denier of the individual
filament is, less than 1. Hence, a 75 denier multifilament yarn consists of 76
filaments is a Microfibre, but a 75 denier multifilament yarn consists of 75 or
74 filaments, cannot be called a Microfibre yarn.
