RFC: RFC stands for Request for Comments. This is just a simple document which is draft by the
Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). This document is simply described the features of
technology. Mostly internet protocols are RFCs, a very little portion of this document is selected for
standard. A final RFC don t require any further changes in it. RFC 1180: This RFC is based on a
tutorial of TCP/IP protocol. The focus of this tutorial is to tell how the datagram is forwarded from
source to destination. The distribution of this memo is unlimited. This RFC defines the key points of
TCP/IP, it completely skips the history and development of TCP/IP. It just gives a minimum
information related to TCP/IP which is only understandable by technical

Macbeth Women Influence
Impact of Women Influence in Macbeth
William Shakespeare s play, Macbeth is one of his most well known plays because of its infamously
unconventional gender roles. These roles cause tremendous chaos proving Shakespeare s true motive
to keep men and women in their place. Women are an important part of the play because Shakespeare
displays them as a huge influence on Macbeth s courage and decisions that will eventually impact his
actions and lead him to tremendous chaos. This change of gender roles is displayed through the three
witches, Lady Macbeth, and how the role disruption had a negative impact on Macbeth s life and
manliness.
First of all, the three witches known as the weird sisters were the first women to appear in Macbeth

Lady Macbeth gives the idea of murdering King Duncan after receiving the letter stating that there is a
possibility for Macbeth to become king. At first, Macbeth does not want to follow the murdering act.
He believes that he will be betraying and breaking the relationship between the king and him.
However, when Lady Macbeth finds him refusing to continue with the plan, she starts teasing him
about his cowardly attitude, Art thou afeard to be the same in thine own act and valor as thou art in
desire? Wouldst thou have that which thou esteem st the ornament of life, and live a coward in thine
own esteem, letting I dare not wait upon I would like the poor cat i th adage? (1, 7, 40 45). She
influences and tempts Macbeth to continue with the plan. Lady Macbeth offensive words towards
Macbeth s manliness creates a feeling of insecurity in him which leads Macbeth to change his
thoughts and continue with the plan. Lady Macbeth shows her authority in the relation, she challenges
Macbeth s manliness by corrupting and encouraging him to murder. She shows a very ambitious,
aggressive, influential, and authoritative attitude. The Elizabethan society depicts women as charming,
delicate, and heart of sympathy and nurture. Lady Macbeth does not fulfill the expectations and
therefore Lady Macbeth is seen as a corrupt woman. She is selfish, ambitious, and over control. She
does not show the feminism a woman should have, but instead, she guides the murder plan and makes

Netflix s Strengths And Weaknesses
1 Overview of Netflix Netflix is an American entertainment company specializing in streaming and
video on demand services. The company has three main departments: domestic streaming,
international streaming, and domestic DVD. Currently, Netflix streams to over 190 countries, with a
combined worldwide viewership of 93 million. 1.1 History Netflix was founded in Scotts Valley,
California by Marc Randolph and Reed Hastings on August 29, 1997 (Keating, 2012). The initial
focus of the business was DVD rental by mail, which was a new technology at the time. The business
was launched on April 14, 1998, with 30 employees and a catalogue of 925 DVDs. In 2007, Netflix
began their international expansion with the introduction of streaming services in Canada. In 2014,
Netflix expanded into 41 ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
4.1 Massive Scale Netflix s size confers significant economies of scale, since marginal costs of
allocating content to an additional user is minimal. Profit margins improve as subscriber counts
increase, allowing Netflix to purchase more content and increase its attractiveness. Termed as a
virtuous cycle by Hastings, it gives Netflix an edge over smaller scale competitors such as Hulu
(Bylund, 2013). Netflix s massive size is valuable, rare, and costly to imitate. The company is also
organized to leverage on its massive scale by fully utilizing all the benefits it confers, such as usership
data and continued global expansion. It is thus a long term competitive advantage. 4.2 Strong
Branding Netflix has become synonymous with Internet video streaming; users often envisage
watching Netflix instead of watching individual shows. In comparison, the closest competitors such as
Hulu and Redbox are not nearly as well known, whilst Amazon Prime Instant Video is often
overlooked due to it being packaged with the Amazon Prime membership (Snider,

The Irrigation Systems At Universities
At universities across America, and especially at a southern school such as Baylor, water is used in
vast amounts each year, leading to large utility bills as well as a high carbon footprint. Therefore the
irrigation systems at universities must be highly efficient in order to not be wasteful. Unfortunately, at
Baylor we have major irrigation issues. The sprinklers overwater areas of the grass, leaving bog like
areas that are unsavory for anyone passing by, and many of the sprinklers rotate too far, therefore
watering large portions of the sidewalks, not only wasting water, but also annoying teachers and
students. If it was possible to reduce the amount of water used by Baylor then it would not only be
able to reduce its yearly utility bill by a substantial amount, but also enables Baylor to be better
stewards of the Earth by saving water and reducing its carbon footprint. In order to save water Baylor
has to make efforts to fix the irrigation system. I propose a that Baylor hires the landscaping crew to
find areas on campus where the grass is being overwater, reduce the amount of water going to those
areas, and also fix the rotation on sprinklers that require readjustment in order to keep the water on the
grass. In regards to the importance of an efficient Baylor irrigation system, Paul Clare, the marketing
manager of Facilities and Energy at Baylor had this to say:
In accordance with its Christian mission and vision, Baylor University strives to be a community that

Strategic Challenges Between Samsung And Eskom
Introduction
Strategic management plays a vital role in most organisations as it consists of formulating and
implementing the company s goals; this is done by taking into account the available resources and
doing an analysis of the internal and external environment (Takalkar, 2014). The author of this essay
will be identifying and analysing a significant strategic challenge that was faced by a local and global
entity from two different industries, furthermore an external and internal analysis will be given. Lastly
the author will address how the two organisations were able to overcome the strategic challenge in
order to strengthen the strategic positions of the organisations. The local entity that was chosen is
Eskom which falls part of the energy industry and for the global entity Samsung was chosen as it falls
part of the technology industry. The differences found between Samsung and Eskom are that Samsung
provides products that can be seen as a want for its consumers whereas Eskom provides a service
which is a need for the general public. A similarity that can be found between the two entities is that
both these companies are leading players within the industry they belong to. The reason these two

One of the strengths that can be identified at Eskom is the fact that it is the main power supplier which

Empowerment and has a highly skilled workforce. With that said the organisation also has weaknesses
and at Eskom an evident weakness is the lack of clear decision making when it comes to policies, such
as the Medupi delay caused by poor decision making. Furthermore Eskom has had labour issues like
the employee strike during the construction of a power station, this lead to a standstill and delay in

State Vs Rhodes Case Study
The court should not interfere with Mr. and Mrs. Smith s marriage. There has been no significant or
permanent injury inflicted, as well as no major threats towards Jane s life from John. So why get
involved? This case is a matter of family government, something the judicial system shouldn t try and
fix. What s done behind closed doors at home is done and the case of State v. Rhodes would support
that argument. Our conclusion is that family government is recognized by law as being as complete in
itself as the State government is in itself, and yet subordinate to it; and that we will not interfere with
or attempt to control it, in favor of either husband or wife, unless in cases where permanent or
malicious injury is inflicted or threatened,

Factors That Affect The Passenger Purchasing Decision
Nonprobability strategy will be used as the sample selection method, and I will also use a purposive
sampling to acquire the data. To collect this samples, full fare and low cost carriers passengers will be
asked to fill up the questionnaires at the check in counter. Firstly, the passenger will be orally asked
which channel do the bought their air ticket.
Instruments
Questionnaires will be will be applied to answer the research question and hypothesis. Questionnaire
is the most acceptable tool to collect data in airline marketing study. It provides a comparatively
effortless and straightforward approach to the study attitudes, values, beliefs and motives (Robson,
2002). It is a time saving method and the most appropriate method to gain direct information. Further,
this method is suitable for the research objectives to identify the possible factors that may influence
the passenger purchasing decision. For example of the questions, the first item will be a set of
demographics questions in a tick form which would be easy for respondents to answer to. Key
questions are, for instance, What type of mobile device do you use? Have you ever bought a flight
ticket online? If, yes please select your methods with the given lists as: PC device, laptop,
smartphones, tablets or specify others devices/gadgets. After that the data will be derived for the data

The Fence Between Bonnie And Amanda s Property
The issues generated in consideration of the contested property line between Bonnie and Amanda s
property include: i) Conventional boundaries: Does the fence between Bonnie and Amanda s house
constitute a conventional boundary? ii) Improvements by Mistake of Title: Whether the improvements
made by Bonnie constitute an entitlement to the land.
i) Conventional Boundaries
In circumstances where the true location of a boundary is unascertainable, the conventional line
doctrine provides abutting property owners the ability to create one. After a conventional boundary
has been legitimately established, Robertson v. Alberta provides that the property owners maintain the
security to rely on the boundary to lawfully develop the land under the ... Show more content on

In fact, the previous Kardashian owners assumed that the fence was an accurate indication of the
property line, which they thought was located directly between the houses and therefore never
attempted to ascertain the actual location of the boundary. If the uncertainty of the boundary was never
acknowledged, the principles found in Bea v. Robinson finds that a conventional boundary could not
be existing because was no attempt to ascertain the actual boundary. Bea v. Robinson states that this
attempt is a mandatory element in the foundation of a conventional boundary. Even in the presence of
strong evidence that the boundary was agreed upon and treated as a boundary, it seems likely that the
test for conventional boundaries must fail in consideration of the fact that the surveyor Amanda hired
was able to ascertain the true boundaries which were not consistent with that of the fence. If the
doctrine of conventional lines fails, the foundational principle (lecture) of estoppel provides no
security for Bonnie in the reliance on the boundary to build. ii) Improvements by Mistake of Title
Under the conditions that a person genuinely believes land is their own and is mistaken, statue law
provides an equitable remedy when individuals have invested in lasting improvements to the land. The

Gender Bias For Dress Code
Nineteen percent of the 7,800 students surveyed in middle and high schools across the country said
they were prevented from wearing clothing deemed inappropriate based on their gender... CNN
Student protests growing over gender equal dress codes I think that dress code at school is gender bias
because it s female specific, your socioeconomic status will help determine if you get dress coded or
not, boys don t usually get dress coded like girls do, and girls have a harder time dressing age
appropriate. Females are often targeted for dress code because the dress code lists more restrictions
and allocations for females instead of males. Dress code violations include baring shoulders, wearing
a tank top, or exposing a bra strap. Schools can be petty when getting on to girls for dress code issues.

showing your collarbone is worth getting in trouble for in school. A Texas honor student gets sent
home for wearing yoga pants and an oversize tee shirt. I honestly do not see how yoga pants and an
oversized tee shirt would be seen as a distraction. Kids come to school to learn not to be in trouble
because of what they wear. Although there are several examples of females being singled out based on
their attire, there are many instances of females purposefully dressed

Antisemitism In Poland
The country of Poland in central Europe has a long history with the Jewish people. Jewish history in
Poland dates all of the way back to the tenth century when Jewish immigrants first arrived. They
immigrated from countries such as Germany, Romania, and the Byzantine Empire. Many of the
Jewish immigrants were tradesmen, merchants, and small business owners. They also introduced their
own language called Yiddish to Poland. Many Jews came to Poland in the Middle Ages to escape
persecution during the crusades (Crowe 69). Jews came to Poland because they were more accepted in
Poland than anywhere else. According to Crowe, in 1264 Prince Boleslaw the Pius issued the Statute
of Kalisz (69). This statute put the Jews under the Prince s protection ... Show more content on

Piłsudsk was not anti semitic. In fact he had no anti jewish tendencies and refrained from using
antisemitism as an instrument for furthering political and socioeconomic policies (Gutman 1154).
Piłsudski tried to change attitudes towards the Jews and improve their condition. However, not a
whole lot of progress was made because the Great Depression hit Poland in the 1930 s and the
situation for Jews started to go downhill again because of it. As Crowe states, the depression and the
weakening of Poland s democratic institutions hurt the Jews economic status and political influence
(165). Many Pole s wanted Jewish people out of the government. The events of the depression as well
as Józef Piłsudski s death in 1935 gave these people the chance they wanted to get rid of Jews. After
Piłsudski died it made way for his successors to adopt a new political movement in which they
tightened relations with Nazi Germany and adopted a clear anti Jewish policy (Gutman 1154). they did
this because they wanted Poland to be strong a cohesive. From their perspective, in order for the
government to be strong and cohesive it means that they need to get all Jews out of the government
and certain professions. One way they tried to rid Jews of the country is by establishing an anti Jewish
boycott of all Jewish businesses. However, some people thought that this was not severe enough so
they took to more violent ways of extracting the Jewish population. They would have anti Jewish riots
and they would remove Jews from their jobs to try to get them to emigrate out of Poland. The
government also placed numerus clausus restrictions on University students (165) so the enrollment of
Jews in universities dropped from 20.4% in 1928 1929 to 9.9% in 1937 1938 (Crowe 165). The
students that did still attend universities had to sit in special designated seats and were

As we all know that Video Game or Virtual Sport is one kind of art. Earlier this form of art was used
to only entertain people and it was a tool of entertainment and also for passing the leisure time.
However, now a days, many video games are not just a tool of entertainment, but also a tool to reform
a society. The mentioned games earlier in this paper are some of them. The video game developers of
these games didn t make these games for money alone, but also with a view to change the whole
society and create a better place to live all the individuals equally. These games convey a very
important message to the students, parents and teachers. It focuses on the very important issues of our
society. In some of the high schools, colleges of Netherlands and Switzerland, The course instructors
of History courses instructs their students to play Assassin s Creed games rather than only focuses on

How Did Humanism Influence Titian Art
How humanism changed artists paintings: An analysis of Titian s work during the 16th century
Ashmini Shiwbalak
The High Renaissance was a period of Italian painting that had the qualities of harmony and balance
with dignified, calm movement. The present study will focus on the development of early sixteen
century Venetian paintings by Titian during the High Renaissance. I ve chosen Gallery 607 at the
Metropolitan Museum of Art because it has the work of Titian, who was one of the greatest Venetian
artists, well known for his remarkable use of color and for his appealing renderings of the human
form. Titian created rich, luminous images by layering oil paint onto canvas. However, like many of
the Renaissance painters, Titian showed an interest ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Humanists were more curious about life in the present and focused on the achievements of the
individual. Hence, instead of religious issues, humanists examined worldly subjects that the ancient
Greeks and Romans had studied. This led the people of the Renaissance to become interested in other
areas of science, the natural world, biology and astronomy. Mazzocco goes on to list some of the
effects that humanism had on Renaissance paintings. Firstly, ordinary people grew to be the same size
as saints in paintings and saints began to look more like ordinary people. Secondly, halos became
fainter and eventually disappeared. Thirdly, the natural landscape began to appear as a background in
paintings, unlike the middle ages when artists represented figures of heaven against a gold
background. Fourthly, artists became famous for their work, and the human body was depicted in
anatomical accuracy, and frequently nude. The perfect human type had proportions, muscular
structure, oval face, triangular forehead, straight nose, and balance with the weight on one hip. Lastly,
the use of mathematical perspective to represent three dimensional space in paintings was invented.
Mazzocco s book stresses how humanism changed art and thus, artists like Titian adopted these
changes and used them in his paintings during that

The Golden Compass Philip Pullman
Despite the variety of genres that Philip Pullman has explored from historical fiction to fantasy which
have lead to a plethora of criticism, Pullman writes enchanting tales first and foremost for his audience
s enjoyment. In an interview discussing the teaching of children s literature Pullman humbly requests
to let the children enjoy the books before doing anything else, before counting semicolons, looking at
specific adjectives etc. His books are written to enchant, delight and beguile the read to be enjoyed
after, not during. (Scholastic). Margo Jefferson praises his writing saying If you are going to preface
your books with passages from Milton, Rilke and John Ashbery, then you had better write well.
Pullman does. His prose has texture and flexibility, like excellent fabric. And he gives us so much.
Suspense of course, but such degrees of pleasure, excitement (the excitement of meeting characters,
not just adventurers) and grief (Jefferson). While he incorporates various sophisticated literary
elements in each of his pieces, his works are for those who pick up his books despite their ability to
reference Milton or the Bible. Even though he is Oxford educated like Tolkien and Lewis, his unique
upbringing has molded his writing to starkly contrast his writing from that of his colleagues. In The

The Figure Of The Buddha Essay
The figure of the Buddha is one that is relatively well recognized throughout the world today. One
may wonder why and how people are able to so quickly identify this religious icon in art such as
sculpture. With a religion that spread almost entirely throughout the continent of Asia, it is surprising
to find that although there are many creative variants, Buddhist sculpture still preserves many key
iconographic features. The most fundamental characteristics of Buddhist sculpture are listed in the
thirty two Lakshanas, or rules for depicting the Buddha. In addition, Buddhist portraits also
consistently make use of hand gestures, or mudras, and various seated positions, also called the
asanas. It can be noted that these serve more than just the purpose of mere aesthetic design, but indeed
they have many contextual meanings in the story of Buddhism. Iconography, or the use of visual
images and symbols in artwork, is fundamental in understanding the religious context of sculpture. In
this paper I will be discussing notable iconographic features displayed in works similar to the Seated
Buddha exhibited in the University of Colorado, Boulder Art Museum and how these features are
connected to the larger Buddhist practice as a whole.
In the third century BCE, Buddhist art emerged due to the patronage by King Ashoka, the founder of
the Mauryan Dynasty. In an effort to spread this new religion, the emperor created grand stone pillars

background role in the story. One of the most important and often overlooked background function of
a piece of literary work is the mood of a piece. You can find mood in several places, and there are
countless examples throughout literature, but without knowing what it is, mood can be a very difficult
concept to grasp or even notice in a piece. Mood is an essential piece that every writer of any form of
literature, whether it be written for the screen, the stage, or in a novel, must seriously consider and
stay true to in order for great work to be created. In order to illustrate the importance of good mood
setting, we will be taking a look at a personal favorite of mine, the miniseries Over the Garden Wall,
which manages to combine several elements to create a near perfect example of mood. Before we can
effectively examine a good example of mood setting, we first must look deeper into what mood is in
the context of literature. Mood is defined as the literary element that evokes a certain feeling or
emotion within the reader. Mood can be conveyed in a novel through several different methods,
including setting, diction, theme, and tone. When we approach a visual medium, such as a

The Sniper By Liam O Flaherty And Shadowman From The Fear
Characterization Essay When I was younger, I used to play football. I was also tall compared to other
people in my grade and thought that I was big and bad because a lot of little kids think that way and I
was the same way. By thinking that I was all big and bad, I was trying to make myself seem
dangerous, but I was not. However, there are people who are actually dangerous, and are able to show
it instead of thinking about it and talking about it. For example, the Sniper from The Sniper by Liam O
Flaherty and Shadowman from The Fear by Charlie Higson are both dangerous because they are able
to come out alive of situations when they should have or could have died, many times. In the short
story The Sniper by Liam O Flaherty, the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
His enemy had been hit (O Flaherty 4). This shows that the Sniper is a good shooter. 50 yards is quite
a ways away, and he was injured with only a revolver left, a gun that is not meant for long ranges, and
it is in the middle of the night, so he cannot see the enemy very well either. The Sniper is still able to
hit his target well, and this is impressive and shows that the sniper is dangerous because of his
abilities. The Sniper is able to come up with a plan that is risky, and then he is also able to execute the
plan as well. The plan would go to waste if he was not able to hit the enemy, but he does hit him and
that makes the Sniper very dangerous, he is able to come up with magnificent plans and is able to
execute them to. The Fear is book 3 in The Enemy series. In the series, all of the mothers and the
fathers, everyone over the age of 16, has gotten a disease them makes them into zombies, and dumb
zombies at that. The zombies also target the children, especially over any other food, and then they eat
them. At first, the adults had plenty of food because the children did not know what to do, but now the
children have gotten smarter and grouped together and have also found shelter in the main parts of
London where the story is based out of, in the Palaces, Towers, and in the Museums. This means the

Sign Language Analysis
1. Introduction
Language is more than the knowledge and use of words, both in speech and in text; it is a cultural
identity, a signifier of status, a means of personal expression. Language enables people to share their
thoughts and needs, establish a dialogue with each other and work together. Language is not just
confined to the worlds of speech and printed text, there are many ways in which people are able to
communicate such as Australian Sign Language, Braille, cultural skills, customs and art (Emmitt,
Pollock Komesaroff, 2010, p. 52). Aboriginal dreamtime paintings are an example of language as art,
a skill passed down through thousands of generations, with different symbols that have ascribed
meanings and are used in an artwork to tell ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This juxtaposition of cultural identities is especially apparent in schools where children arrive with
their already learned cultural language and are often expected by their educators and peers to learn and
use standard Australian English. In early childhood, language is the primary tool with which children
learn cultural knowledge, norms and skills (Gee, 2011, p. 16), strongly informing their cultural
identity. Children who are bilingual, or multilingual, often demonstrate enhanced language skills
gained from their ability to switch between languages (Adoniou, 2014; Fellowes et al., 2014, p. 39),
but these children are not always understood and supported. When educators dismiss the languages of
students who speak English variants or languages other than English at home, they risk
underestimating and disempowering those students (Adoniou, 2014; Caruso, 1997, p. 93). It is vital
that instead of requiring students to assimilate, to learn and to use the language register of the school
or classroom, educators should be supporting students for whom English is not a first language, or
who speak an English variant (Pandey, 2012, p. 388). Educators should be valuing the qualities,
abilities and strengths these students bring to the classroom (Emmitt et al., 2010, p. 53), as well as
educating their monolingual students about

Imagery In The Raven
The Poem, The Raven, by Edgar Allen Poe, is a timeless, and one of the most read, poems in history.
It gives the readers a sense of fear, sadness, and excitement all at the same time. One of the ways that
Poe stimulates the readers emotions is how he uses and symbolizes the Raven in the story. Throughout
history, birds have symbolized hope, light, and freedom. Birds such as an Eagle, who symbolizes
freedom and pride, or a dove that represents peace and love, show how birds bring a sense of good to
a story. Although, I think the Raven brings a sense of sorrow, or loneliness to the story.
In the Raven it states,

In the beginning of the story, the narrator speaks of his lost love, Lenore, and says how he is distraught
over her passing. Succeeding this moment of sorrow, he hears a rapping on his chamber door ( Poe 4)
which causes him to be curious who would be knocking at his chamber door at such an hour. He is
filled with both hope, for the return of his lost Lenore, and terror for whatever he could dream was at
his door. Then in came the raven and perched himself atop his chamber door on top of a statue of the
Greek goddess Athena, who is the goddess of wisdom. For the symbolism of the raven, the narrator
sees the raven as grim, ghastly, and ominous, but gives a new sense of curiosity to the narrator. The
symbolism of a raven is the engaging in mystical and magical arts and gaining and receiving secret
knowledge. Knowing this, it shows how the narrator would be both frightened, and fascinated at the
presence of a mystical bird on his chamber door. Also the statue of Athena symbolizes the wisdom of
the raven to perch on top of it and also adds to the mysterious side of the creature. But there could also
be other reasons why the raven could seem scary and

The s The House Is Black
Forugh Farrokhzad s The House is Black is a harrowing, disturbing, artfully made documentary, one
of the few films directed by the Iranian poet Farrokhzad. Her subject here is leprosy, and she looks
directly, uncompromisingly, at the devastation that this disease causes the human body. She does not
look away, not from the cruelest deformations this disease generates. Her purpose was to expose the
punishing and superfluous way that lepers continued to be treated in Iran, funneled into quarantined
leper colonies where their disease went relatively untreated, causing them to slowly and painfully
degenerate. Farrokhzad s film was deliberate in raising cognizance about these conditions, and to
emphasize that this situation need not be. Produced during the reign of statist documentary cinema,
Farrokhzad s work was a wild contrast from the other documentary films created in this timeframe.
Farrokhzad s The House is Black deliberately and openly disobeyed the official style of Iranian
documentaries during the 1960s, paving the way for Iranian New Wave cinema. From striking mirror
scenes to deep pans of a classroom, Farrokhzad s auteurist interventions are more obvious than subtle
although Farrokhzad s directorial hand is heavy in The House is Black, this documentary was among
the first to reflect a powerful yet unnoticed reality against the wishes of the Iranian government.

Gay Marriage And The Right Of Same Sex Marriage
In the United States, there is a communal controversy regarding the right of same sex marriage. I
decided to explore the views of two different authors who contrast each other. British Author, Andrew
Sullivan writes the essay, For Gay Marriage about equal rights on marriages for same sex couples.
William J. Bennett composes the essay, Against Gay Marriage giving his views on why couples of the
same sex should not be allowed to engage in marital relations. Sullivan supports the idea of gay
marriages while Bennett opposes the idea. Referring to the article in the Moral Issues book....

giving rise to diverse and conflicting opinions on gay marriage dealing with social issues, domestic
partnership and religious viewpoints. Marriage is a statement of love and commitment; it is the key to
a pursuit of happiness. Homosexuals have identical emotional needs and temptations as heterosexuals
and there is no reason marriage should be permitted to one class and not the other. Sullivan is a strong
believer that gay and lesbian couples should be treated as equals in society and no different than
anyone else. Many people are afraid of the effects same sex marriages could have on our culture.
Sullivan explains that gay men and women are no different from anyone else in society as far as
political and moral beliefs, so they deserve equal opportunity. Sullivan stays strong in emphasizing

Settlement in the Canadian Maritime Provinces Essay
Introduction
New France was not merely the settlement of a few fur traders. The Acadians were a pastoral like
people who once formed a proud nation in a land called Acadia. Although falling under the
jurisdiction of New France, the Acadians governed separately than the rest of the country and were an
independent entity within New France. Today, the Acadians are the French speaking population of the
Canadian Maritime provinces, and these are the Acadians that were not displaced during the
expulsions, under British rule. Acadia s beginnings, with the construction of Port Royal, could have
marked the colony for success, but instead, led to a troubling conclusion for the European

This settlement became the capital of Acadia and would remain so until the expulsion in 1713,
interrupted only for three years, from 1610 1613, when Port Royal briefly fell under British rule.
Although the population of Port Royal grew slowly at first, the French settlers lived well, farming and
hunting. However, Port Royal was difficult to navigate, due to the constant flooding and unstable
building materials.
Although [in 1687] Port Royal is the largest settlement, it contains only nine or ten buildings the
others being barns. All the houses are low, made of pieces of wood ... covered with thatch.
Despite the fertile ground, providing the Acadians with a diverse diet, it would be a struggle to defend
Port Royal in times of discord. The fort itself also often fell into disrepair, as it was difficult to
maintain when flooding constantly eroded the riverbank. Due to this fertile ground, Port Royal
became desirable to the growing British empire. Despite the failing fort, the British settlers became
interested in Port Royal and realized the potential of the marshland. Farming was the main, but not
only, occupation of the Acadians. These people successfully grew a diverse diet including root
vegetables, grains, fruit, and other vegetables, as well as raising pigs, cattle, and sheep. This aided in
flourishment of the Acadian people but also turned the settlement into a potential conquest for the
English Colonies.

An Account of the Rosewood Incident
After the reconstruction period there was high tension between the whites and blacks in the south.
Whites wanted nothing to do with black people and didn t want to have to share anything with them.
Whites did everything they could to intimidate blacks to keep them in their place . Black people
wanted nothing but to live their lives with their new found freedom, but they saw that no matter what
the law said they would never be accepted by the white community. White people often acted out in
violence towards blacks whatever chance they got to drive them out. Anything a black person did
could result in violence. An example of the violence and hatred shown towards blacks is the events of
an incident in Rosewood, Florida in 1923. This incident was documented and the accounts of blacks
who were children at the time were taken down.
In 1923 in the town of Rosewood, Florida a white woman named Fannie Taylor who had been having
an affair was beaten one afternoon while her husband was at work by her lover. Mrs. Taylor had a
woman come by to help her with household duties named Sarah Carrier, she saw the man who
attacked Mrs. Taylor as did some of her black neighbors. Mrs. Taylor cried for help, when someone
came to her aid and asked who it was that did that to her out of fear she said it was a black man. Her
accusation that it was a black man caused hunt for this man throughout the town. A man named Jesse

How to get away with murder: Heart Attack
It is widely believed that all those who commit murder knowingly are insane. Many would say that
anyone would have to be out of one s mind to kill another human being. However, the main problem
with committing murder is the extreme risk of being caught. When one decides that murder is unjust,
the problem of how to commit it and how to avoid being captured are their first thoughts. Until now,
very few individuals get away with murder. If more people knew how to cause a massive heart attack
without any physical signs of evidence, there would be a lot more unsolved or mysterious deaths in
today s society.
One of the most secretive ways of committing a murder without any foul play would have to be the

The Characteristics Of Alfred Hitler s Birth Order
Alfred Adler was most famous for his perspective on how the development as a person based on your
birth is progressed. He believes that each family is different and that his birth order scale just happens
to be a possible tool to help people understand the general roles of children. Even though Adler states
the types of position you were born are important, he also describes his birth order scale as it is not
birth order itself that accounts for differences among siblings, but the psychological situation resulting
from it (Allen, 2006). For example, you may be an only child, but take on many or possible more
characteristics of a middle child based on Adler s description. Although Adler believes in the
characteristics he stated for each birth orders, he states that if there are more than three years between
the children, that the birth order may appear different or inaccurate.
In addition, I believe that Adler was pretty accurate when stating the characteristics on the position of
birth. I am an only child in which Adler states are very comfortable with adults, may have a special
unique gift for their birth order, and tend to have a harder time sharing with others. He also states that
only child tend to want to be the center of attention (Allen, 2006). I believe I fit this birth order pretty
accurately. I tend to much rather hang out with adults than to hang out with children. I also have very

Importance Of Data Storage Network Security
Importance of Data Storage Network Security
There would be no need for securing data storage network if you can save your information on the
network without anyone altering the content. However, it is almost impossible for you to save your
information in an unsecured data storage network and retrieve it just the way you saved it. In today s
world where hackers are rampant everywhere, the need to secure data storage network becomes a
major concern for security experts.
Over the years, our team of security experts have published a series of articles regarding information
security, and also created many awesome video courses, which are highly valuable in tackling the
information security challenges.
Before we highlight the importance of data storage network security, it is wise to talk briefly about
data storage on its own. Of course, we all know the reasons why we need to save information in a
secure place. And knowing fully that those information are saved in the data storage network, it is
important to device strong security measures to protect the network from possible harm.
Data storage network security is the process of securing data storage architecture and protect the

Abortion In Joan Didion s Play It As It Lays

It is evident that she would be attached to the unborn baby the same way that she is attached to Kate.
Therefore, the trauma of abortion to some extent affects her mind as she begins experiencing
nightmares of dying children (Linn 70). Maria allowed herself to be controlled by Carl into
performing the abortion which indicates the theme of loss of control in Didion s novel, Play It as It
Lays. To overcome the numerous nervous breakdown, she aimless drives in order to distract herself.
At this state most people do not understand her including her husband apart from BZ who was also not
happy with his life as a celebrity. This implies that both of them were sharing a similar pain thus the
remarkable relationship. However, BZ decides enough is enough and commits suicide which leaves
Maria devastated and with mental instability. She was confined in a Neuropsychiatric Institute after
being associated with BZ s suicidal death. She did not commit suicide herself since she had to hold on
and stay alive for the sake of her sick child, Kate.
Didion in the novel, Play It as It Lays, also depicts Maria as an undecided woman since she decides to

her, she seems undecided as she turns the offer down and then accepts it. This is vivid when Freddy

Why Federal Communication Commission Has Legal Authority...

Final Paper
JOUR 3060
Due Date: 4 May 2015
Section I
In order to understand why Federal Communication Commission has legal authority to regulate media
ownership and should be allowed to continue to regulate media ownership, you must first know the
statues that gave way to the regulation. The FCC was created by the Communications Act of 1934.
The Communications Act of 1934 replaced the Radio Act of 1927, and the FCC superseded the FRC
(Federal Radio Commission). This act called for the government to regulate in the public interest and
foreign communications by radio and wire. The FCC can be traced back to the Wireless Ship Act of
1910. The Wireless Ship Act of 1910 required large ships to have wireless equipment and radio
operators on board...made it illegal not to retransmit or answer wireless transmissions from ships. This
law was the first U.S. regulation on devices that used electromagnetic spectrum. The Chain
Broadcasting Rules, was the first national ownership limit passed by the FCC in 1941. These rules
regulated major national radio networks, in relation to local stations. These regulations also included a
structural ownership rule limiting a radio network from owning more than one broadcast station
within a market area, reflecting the Commission s earlier presumption that a single entity holding
more than one broadcast license in the same community contravened the public interest. This idea was
upheld in the Supreme Court

  • 3. Macbeth Women Influence Impact of Women Influence in Macbeth William Shakespeare s play, Macbeth is one of his most well known plays because of its infamously unconventional gender roles. These roles cause tremendous chaos proving Shakespeare s true motive to keep men and women in their place. Women are an important part of the play because Shakespeare displays them as a huge influence on Macbeth s courage and decisions that will eventually impact his actions and lead him to tremendous chaos. This change of gender roles is displayed through the three witches, Lady Macbeth, and how the role disruption had a negative impact on Macbeth s life and manliness. First of all, the three witches known as the weird sisters were the first women to appear in Macbeth and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Lady Macbeth gives the idea of murdering King Duncan after receiving the letter stating that there is a possibility for Macbeth to become king. At first, Macbeth does not want to follow the murdering act. He believes that he will be betraying and breaking the relationship between the king and him. However, when Lady Macbeth finds him refusing to continue with the plan, she starts teasing him about his cowardly attitude, Art thou afeard to be the same in thine own act and valor as thou art in desire? Wouldst thou have that which thou esteem st the ornament of life, and live a coward in thine own esteem, letting I dare not wait upon I would like the poor cat i th adage? (1, 7, 40 45). She influences and tempts Macbeth to continue with the plan. Lady Macbeth offensive words towards Macbeth s manliness creates a feeling of insecurity in him which leads Macbeth to change his thoughts and continue with the plan. Lady Macbeth shows her authority in the relation, she challenges Macbeth s manliness by corrupting and encouraging him to murder. She shows a very ambitious, aggressive, influential, and authoritative attitude. The Elizabethan society depicts women as charming, delicate, and heart of sympathy and nurture. Lady Macbeth does not fulfill the expectations and therefore Lady Macbeth is seen as a corrupt woman. She is selfish, ambitious, and over control. She does not show the feminism a woman should have, but instead, she guides the murder plan and makes Macbeth ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Netflix s Strengths And Weaknesses 1 Overview of Netflix Netflix is an American entertainment company specializing in streaming and video on demand services. The company has three main departments: domestic streaming, international streaming, and domestic DVD. Currently, Netflix streams to over 190 countries, with a combined worldwide viewership of 93 million. 1.1 History Netflix was founded in Scotts Valley, California by Marc Randolph and Reed Hastings on August 29, 1997 (Keating, 2012). The initial focus of the business was DVD rental by mail, which was a new technology at the time. The business was launched on April 14, 1998, with 30 employees and a catalogue of 925 DVDs. In 2007, Netflix began their international expansion with the introduction of streaming services in Canada. In 2014, Netflix expanded into 41 ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... 4.1 Massive Scale Netflix s size confers significant economies of scale, since marginal costs of allocating content to an additional user is minimal. Profit margins improve as subscriber counts increase, allowing Netflix to purchase more content and increase its attractiveness. Termed as a virtuous cycle by Hastings, it gives Netflix an edge over smaller scale competitors such as Hulu (Bylund, 2013). Netflix s massive size is valuable, rare, and costly to imitate. The company is also organized to leverage on its massive scale by fully utilizing all the benefits it confers, such as usership data and continued global expansion. It is thus a long term competitive advantage. 4.2 Strong Branding Netflix has become synonymous with Internet video streaming; users often envisage watching Netflix instead of watching individual shows. In comparison, the closest competitors such as Hulu and Redbox are not nearly as well known, whilst Amazon Prime Instant Video is often overlooked due to it being packaged with the Amazon Prime membership (Snider, ... • 5. The Irrigation Systems At Universities At universities across America, and especially at a southern school such as Baylor, water is used in vast amounts each year, leading to large utility bills as well as a high carbon footprint. Therefore the irrigation systems at universities must be highly efficient in order to not be wasteful. Unfortunately, at Baylor we have major irrigation issues. The sprinklers overwater areas of the grass, leaving bog like areas that are unsavory for anyone passing by, and many of the sprinklers rotate too far, therefore watering large portions of the sidewalks, not only wasting water, but also annoying teachers and students. If it was possible to reduce the amount of water used by Baylor then it would not only be able to reduce its yearly utility bill by a substantial amount, but also enables Baylor to be better stewards of the Earth by saving water and reducing its carbon footprint. In order to save water Baylor has to make efforts to fix the irrigation system. I propose a that Baylor hires the landscaping crew to find areas on campus where the grass is being overwater, reduce the amount of water going to those areas, and also fix the rotation on sprinklers that require readjustment in order to keep the water on the grass. In regards to the importance of an efficient Baylor irrigation system, Paul Clare, the marketing manager of Facilities and Energy at Baylor had this to say: In accordance with its Christian mission and vision, Baylor University strives to be a community that ... • 6. Strategic Challenges Between Samsung And Eskom Introduction Strategic management plays a vital role in most organisations as it consists of formulating and implementing the company s goals; this is done by taking into account the available resources and doing an analysis of the internal and external environment (Takalkar, 2014). The author of this essay will be identifying and analysing a significant strategic challenge that was faced by a local and global entity from two different industries, furthermore an external and internal analysis will be given. Lastly the author will address how the two organisations were able to overcome the strategic challenge in order to strengthen the strategic positions of the organisations. The local entity that was chosen is Eskom which falls part of the energy industry and for the global entity Samsung was chosen as it falls part of the technology industry. The differences found between Samsung and Eskom are that Samsung provides products that can be seen as a want for its consumers whereas Eskom provides a service which is a need for the general public. A similarity that can be found between the two entities is that both these companies are leading players within the industry they belong to. The reason these two organisations ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... One of the strengths that can be identified at Eskom is the fact that it is the main power supplier which gives Eskom a competitive advantage. The company is also in support of Black Economic Empowerment and has a highly skilled workforce. With that said the organisation also has weaknesses and at Eskom an evident weakness is the lack of clear decision making when it comes to policies, such as the Medupi delay caused by poor decision making. Furthermore Eskom has had labour issues like the employee strike during the construction of a power station, this lead to a standstill and delay in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 7. State Vs Rhodes Case Study The court should not interfere with Mr. and Mrs. Smith s marriage. There has been no significant or permanent injury inflicted, as well as no major threats towards Jane s life from John. So why get involved? This case is a matter of family government, something the judicial system shouldn t try and fix. What s done behind closed doors at home is done and the case of State v. Rhodes would support that argument. Our conclusion is that family government is recognized by law as being as complete in itself as the State government is in itself, and yet subordinate to it; and that we will not interfere with or attempt to control it, in favor of either husband or wife, unless in cases where permanent or malicious injury is inflicted or threatened, ... In fact, the previous Kardashian owners assumed that the fence was an accurate indication of the property line, which they thought was located directly between the houses and therefore never attempted to ascertain the actual location of the boundary. Robinson states that this attempt is a mandatory element in the foundation of a conventional boundary. Even in the presence of strong evidence that the boundary was agreed upon and treated as a boundary, it seems likely that the test for conventional boundaries must fail in consideration of the fact that the surveyor Amanda hired was able to ascertain the true boundaries which were not consistent with that of the fence. If the doctrine of conventional lines fails, the foundational principle (lecture) of estoppel provides no security for Bonnie in the reliance on the boundary to build. ii) Improvements by Mistake of Title Under the conditions that a person genuinely believes land is their own and is mistaken, statue law provides an equitable remedy when individuals have invested in lasting improvements to the land. Gender Bias For Dress Code Nineteen percent of the 7,800 students surveyed in middle and high schools across the country said they were prevented from wearing clothing deemed inappropriate based on their gender... CNN Student protests growing over gender equal dress codes I think that dress code at school is gender bias because it s female specific, your socioeconomic status will help determine if you get dress coded or not, boys don t usually get dress coded like girls do, and girls have a harder time dressing age appropriate. Females are often targeted for dress code because the dress code lists more restrictions and allocations for females instead of males. Dress code violations include baring shoulders, wearing a tank top, or exposing a bra strap. Schools can be petty when getting on to girls for dress code issues. Neatoday.com says, A female Kentucky student was sent home for showing her collarbone... her Mom brought a scarf to put around her neck and they still deemed it inappropriate. I personally do not think showing your collarbone is worth getting in trouble for in school. A Texas honor student gets sent home for wearing yoga pants and an oversize tee shirt. I honestly do not see how yoga pants and an oversized tee shirt would be seen as a distraction. Kids come to school to learn not to be in trouble because of what they wear. The years from 1880 until The Mexican Revolution of 1910 contained issues that had an enormous effect on the border region. Diaz s plan to establish order meant political centralization . • 13. Antisemitism In Poland The country of Poland in central Europe has a long history with the Jewish people. Jewish history in Poland dates all of the way back to the tenth century when Jewish immigrants first arrived. They immigrated from countries such as Germany, Romania, and the Byzantine Empire. Many of the Jewish immigrants were tradesmen, merchants, and small business owners. They also introduced their own language called Yiddish to Poland. Many Jews came to Poland in the Middle Ages to escape persecution during the crusades (Crowe 69). Jews came to Poland because they were more accepted in Poland than anywhere else. According to Crowe, in 1264 Prince Boleslaw the Pius issued the Statute of Kalisz (69). This statute put the Jews under the Prince s protection ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Piłsudsk was not anti semitic. In fact he had no anti jewish tendencies and refrained from using antisemitism as an instrument for furthering political and socioeconomic policies (Gutman 1154). Piłsudski tried to change attitudes towards the Jews and improve their condition. However, not a whole lot of progress was made because the Great Depression hit Poland in the 1930 s and the situation for Jews started to go downhill again because of it. As Crowe states, the depression and the weakening of Poland s democratic institutions hurt the Jews economic status and political influence (165). Many Pole s wanted Jewish people out of the government. The events of the depression as well as Józef Piłsudski s death in 1935 gave these people the chance they wanted to get rid of Jews. After Piłsudski died it made way for his successors to adopt a new political movement in which they tightened relations with Nazi Germany and adopted a clear anti Jewish policy (Gutman 1154). they did this because they wanted Poland to be strong a cohesive. From their perspective, in order for the government to be strong and cohesive it means that they need to get all Jews out of the government and certain professions. One way they tried to rid Jews of the country is by establishing an anti Jewish boycott of all Jewish businesses. However, some people thought that this was not severe enough so they took to more violent ways of extracting the Jewish population. They would have anti Jewish riots and they would remove Jews from their jobs to try to get them to emigrate out of Poland. The government also placed numerus clausus restrictions on University students (165) so the enrollment of Jews in universities dropped from 20.4% in 1928 1929 to 9.9% in 1937 1938 (Crowe 165). How Did Humanism Influence Titian Art How humanism changed artists paintings: An analysis of Titian s work during the 16th century Ashmini Shiwbalak The High Renaissance was a period of Italian painting that had the qualities of harmony and balance with dignified, calm movement. The present study will focus on the development of early sixteen century Venetian paintings by Titian during the High Renaissance. I ve chosen Gallery 607 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art because it has the work of Titian, who was one of the greatest Venetian artists, well known for his remarkable use of color and for his appealing renderings of the human form. Humanists were more curious about life in the present and focused on the achievements of the individual. Hence, instead of religious issues, humanists examined worldly subjects that the ancient Greeks and Romans had studied. This led the people of the Renaissance to become interested in other areas of science, the natural world, biology and astronomy. Mazzocco goes on to list some of the effects that humanism had on Renaissance paintings. Firstly, ordinary people grew to be the same size as saints in paintings and saints began to look more like ordinary people. Secondly, halos became fainter and eventually disappeared. Thirdly, the natural landscape began to appear as a background in paintings, unlike the middle ages when artists represented figures of heaven against a gold background. Fourthly, artists became famous for their work, and the human body was depicted in anatomical accuracy, and frequently nude. The perfect human type had proportions, muscular structure, oval face, triangular forehead, straight nose, and balance with the weight on one hip. Lastly, the use of mathematical perspective to represent three dimensional space in paintings was invented. Mazzocco s book stresses how humanism changed art and thus, artists like Titian adopted these changes and used them in his paintings during that ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

One may wonder why and how people are able to so quickly identify this religious icon in art such as sculpture. With a religion that spread almost entirely throughout the continent of Asia, it is surprising to find that although there are many creative variants, Buddhist sculpture still preserves many key iconographic features. The most fundamental characteristics of Buddhist sculpture are listed in the thirty two Lakshanas, or rules for depicting the Buddha. In addition, Buddhist portraits also consistently make use of hand gestures, or mudras, and various seated positions, also called the asanas. It can be noted that these serve more than just the purpose of mere aesthetic design, but indeed they have many contextual meanings in the story of Buddhism. Iconography, or the use of visual images and symbols in artwork, is fundamental in understanding the religious context of sculpture. In this paper I will be discussing notable iconographic features displayed in works similar to the Seated Buddha exhibited in the University of Colorado, Boulder Art Museum and how these features are connected to the larger Buddhist practice as a whole. One of the most important and often overlooked background function of a piece of literary work is the mood of a piece. You can find mood in several places, and there are countless examples throughout literature, but without knowing what it is, mood can be a very difficult concept to grasp or even notice in a piece. In order to illustrate the importance of good mood setting, we will be taking a look at a personal favorite of mine, the miniseries Over the Garden Wall, which manages to combine several elements to create a near perfect example of mood. Before we can effectively examine a good example of mood setting, we first must look deeper into what mood is in the context of literature. Language enables people to share their thoughts and needs, establish a dialogue with each other and work together. Language is not just confined to the worlds of speech and printed text, there are many ways in which people are able to communicate such as Australian Sign Language, Braille, cultural skills, customs and art (Emmitt, Pollock Komesaroff, 2010, p. 52). Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This juxtaposition of cultural identities is especially apparent in schools where children arrive with their already learned cultural language and are often expected by their educators and peers to learn and use standard Australian English. In early childhood, language is the primary tool with which children learn cultural knowledge, norms and skills (Gee, 2011, p. 16), strongly informing their cultural identity. Children who are bilingual, or multilingual, often demonstrate enhanced language skills gained from their ability to switch between languages (Adoniou, 2014; Fellowes et al., 2014, p. 39), but these children are not always understood and supported. When educators dismiss the languages of students who speak English variants or languages other than English at home, they risk underestimating and disempowering those students (Adoniou, 2014; Caruso, 1997, p. 93). It is vital that instead of requiring students to assimilate, to learn and to use the language register of the school or classroom, educators should be supporting students for whom English is not a first language, or who speak an English variant (Pandey, 2012, p. 388). Educators should be valuing the qualities, abilities and strengths these students bring to the classroom (Emmitt et al., 2010, p. 53), as well as educating their monolingual students about ... It gives the readers a sense of fear, sadness, and excitement all at the same time. One of the ways that Poe stimulates the readers emotions is how he uses and symbolizes the Raven in the story. Throughout history, birds have symbolized hope, light, and freedom. Birds such as an Eagle, who symbolizes freedom and pride, or a dove that represents peace and love, show how birds bring a sense of good to a story. Succeeding this moment of sorrow, he hears a rapping on his chamber door ( Poe 4) which causes him to be curious who would be knocking at his chamber door at such an hour. He is filled with both hope, for the return of his lost Lenore, and terror for whatever he could dream was at his door. Then in came the raven and perched himself atop his chamber door on top of a statue of the Greek goddess Athena, who is the goddess of wisdom. For the symbolism of the raven, the narrator sees the raven as grim, ghastly, and ominous, but gives a new sense of curiosity to the narrator. The symbolism of a raven is the engaging in mystical and magical arts and gaining and receiving secret knowledge. Knowing this, it shows how the narrator would be both frightened, and fascinated at the presence of a mystical bird on his chamber door. Her subject here is leprosy, and she looks directly, uncompromisingly, at the devastation that this disease causes the human body. She does not look away, not from the cruelest deformations this disease generates. Her purpose was to expose the punishing and superfluous way that lepers continued to be treated in Iran, funneled into quarantined leper colonies where their disease went relatively untreated, causing them to slowly and painfully degenerate. Farrokhzad s film was deliberate in raising cognizance about these conditions, and to emphasize that this situation need not be. Produced during the reign of statist documentary cinema, Farrokhzad s work was a wild contrast from the other documentary films created in this timeframe. • 37. Essay on Junior Class President at County High A scream echoed through the empty hallways of County High school as we heard the news. How did that happen? I thought to myself. This had to have been planned out previously by someone. This event was the Student Government elections held last year, my sophomore year. I had big plans. I wanted to be the Junior Class president. Being Junior Class president is a big responsibility due to prom, concessions and other fund raisers, but I wanted the position anyway. I knew I could handle it. My mom gave me a great idea for a theme that I would carry throughout my posters, my speech and my clothing attire on Election Day. I researched pictures I could put on posters. There wasn t a lot of wall left to see because of all the posters. Walking down the hallway wasn t only fun,but scary at the same time. Tiffani s posters were awesome, which made more people back her up. They also made me jealous because my posters weren t as creative. My posters stuck with my Bee theme though, which was one trait Tiffani s posters didn t have. Tiffani and I talked to each other about running against each other. She assured me that nothing would change if I won, and I told her the same. I knew that if she won, I would be fine with that. I had already overloaded myself with activities and if I didn t have Student Government to worry about I would be much better off. Even though she assured me, I still feared that if I won, Tiffani would be very jealous and resentful towards me. It would also be hard to talk about Student Government activities with Tiffani if I made it and she didn t. All these fears and conceited ideas I had, I prayed about. I told God everything. It didn t matter to me if I won or not, I just wanted to keep Tiffani s friendship. After I prayed, God took that into His ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
