         HR Assistant

                   Screening and filtering resumes.
                   Following up with chosen candidates till they are hired.
                   coordination with accounting department
                   Creating a new Database including all the data about every employee in the company
                   Implementing and analyzing performance appraisal system as developed by
                   company’s Human Resources Directorate to ensure effectiveness and equity.
                   Maintaining Recruitment Filing System
                   Responsible for the attendance sheets and leaves of all locations to help prepare the
                   balance for the Payroll.
                   Maintain accurate employee records, such as sick leaves, annual leaves.
                   Analyze and report the staff demands against the internal availability.
                   Manage the termination process effectively & Conduct Exit interviews to identify
                   areas of weakness & Suggest improvement plans.

       Complaint Manger
       Responsible for monitoring, understanding and trying to reduce the amount of customer
       complaints a company receives. Sometimes referred to as customer relations managers and
       customer relationship managers, often oversee a team of customer service representatives
       and are usually found working alongside the operations managers, according Call Center
       Helper.
               Dealing with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA)
               Going through the list of complaints from customers
               solving the problems coming from the customer
               Understanding the reasons and factors behind complaints and work towards solving
               customers’ problems
               Monitoring complaints and working towards reducing their numbers
               Meeting with customers and handling their complaints directly
