2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting Relocation Moves on daily request, issues or ad hoc request that CW’s received, either related
to Relocation Tool issues, exception process received from the Relocation GWM (Global Workforce
Mobility), Global Immigration and Learning and Development.
Work closely with Business Partners and Global Immigration Suppliers on the current business support
provided and also attend to the changes of the Tool or process if there is some implementation been done
to replace the current tool.
Received additional request from Business Partner related to new task required CW's to perform related
to Relocation matters either on the business process and etc.
Preparing and updating the DTP (Desktop Procedure) from time to time based on requirements
Overseen the improvements from time to time by using Direct Observation and Time Study in daily
activities if required or if there is some changes needed for certain processes.
Providing some feedback to GWM for the RME (Relocation Model Evolution) improvements for Relocation
Tool and Learning and Development Tool that CW’s using, and with this feedback it will help to reduce the
no. of hours spending by CW’s to do manual work and also to avoid too many human intervention in their
daily activities, and also to avoid too many errors happens.
Respond to Intel customer request on transaction request within the SLA.
Dealing with and resolving problem and issues arises.
Analyst the POS (Point of Surveys) surveys received on quarterly basis from the employees on
assignments, and published to the stake holder. An Excel been used to process the raw data upon roll-up
the results before the final data been updated in the final presentation package (PowerPoint).
Supporting more than 20,000 requests on monthly basis from initiating to modification and etc. for Global
Immigration, Relocation Transaction request and Learning and Development.
Monitored and audit the Relocation Payment process that been done by CW on monthly basis before send
to Payroll for processing.
Work closely with Payroll team from time to time on the Relocation Payment matters for a smooth
transaction with no major issues.
Fully involved in the Workday to RC2 (Relocation Tool) testing for SIT1 and SIT3. Executed 157 test cases
with many underlying steps in a totally new system.
Fully involved in the Saba Cloud stabilization phase for Learning and Development. The collaboration
between the Saba stabilization and support team was a critical factor the ability to overcome the issues
and enabled the customers a relatively smooth transition to the new system.
Managing more than 6,000 employee profiles (P-File) transition from India site to Malaysia site to
centralized the location to manage the employee profiles within Greater Asia Region.
Lead team of 3 contingents workforces staff to handle the filling system and also create a process flow on
how to managed the employees without having an issue to track back the employees data
Uploaded the soft copy of the employee profiles in the system for back-up plan in case if the file lost
un-accidentally due nature issue and etc.
Create business alignment process with the business partners on the agreement to have specific
documents for archiving based on each country legal requirements.
