Project Biosensors International Ltd. develops, manufactures and markets innovative
medical devices for interventional cardiology and critical care procedures.
Currently they manage their employee data and HR process manually using
Microsoft excel Spreadsheets. Also, there is a lack of reporting capabilities for
decision making process because there is no central database that holds the
employee information across regions. Hence, to improve the HR processes,
Biosensors has decided to implement SuccessFactors.

Project OASIS (Online Academic Student Integrated System) was first implemented
in Republic Polytechnic in 2012. It serves as a common portal for 15000 students
and provide them with a host of online services related to their academic needs
at RP.
Using OASIS, Students are able to find information at one single place for easy
viewing and retrieval. They can also perform online transactions (e.g. e-Payments,
and applications for non-MC LOA), doing away with the need to queue over the
OSC counter.
OASIS is fully integrated with RP legacy systems (LEO’s learning management
functions) for the seamless retrieval of students’ grades and attendance
information.

Mission  Interact with IT, business and vendor partners to understand business
requirements and analyze the feasibility of developing solutions to current

They can also perform online transactions (e.g. e-Payments, and applications for non-MC LOA), doing away with the need to queue over the OSC counter. OASIS is fully integrated with RP legacy systems (LEO’s learning management functions) for the seamless retrieval of students’ grades and attendance information.
