How
•   Two rooms (Teams A & B)

•   About 5 'agony aunt' questions

•   Small groups in each room coming up with
    ideas:

•   How can Smar t Device Lear ning help
    this person?

•   Groups have 5 minutes to come up with a
    'solution' and to post this to twitter using
    #MELSIG hash tag. Wait for the command
    "Post!"

•   Each group will need:

    •   One person to post solutions to twitter
        using their smart device

    •   Imagination! Ideas! Maybe some
        experience..?

•   Watch Twitterfall for answers

  • #3 Twitterfall Trumps What Participants are arranged in two teams situated in two rooms (A and B). Each room team is composed of a number of working groups made up of about three people each. Each Group will have at least one of the following: Access to a live twitter account At least one smart device Imagination! Ideas! Experience! Aims and Objectives mass generation and sharing of scenarios for smart learning ideas to inspire and encourage Consideration of potential Sharing and supportive challenging of thinking Ideas for apps worth looking at How Each group will respond to a series of questions, one at a time (5 minutes per question). To do this groups will think about and briefly discuss the question and then post their response to twitter. This idea or 'solution' will include the use of smart technology. Postings will follow this format: "#MELSIG [prompt number] [app name] [solution description including who, what, when, etc] [(Team)] E.g. "#MELSIG 2. Aurasma. Students in wrkshp access video-based information on an iPad to augment a live activity to make it more real." (A) If you are not sure if an app exists to do this just put "?" An independent marker will award points (3 , 2, and 1) for the answers to each round - so try to make them clear.
