This document presents a seminar on designing a stepper motor controller using a microcontroller. The project aims to control a stepper motor clockwise and counterclockwise using infrared technology. It discusses interfacing a stepper motor with an 8051 microcontroller to accurately control the motor's rotation, direction, speed, and number of revolutions. Applications of stepper motors mentioned include 3D printing, textile machinery, printing presses, gaming machines, and medical imaging equipment.
