Race
If you re thinking about your first obstacle race like the Tough Mudder or the
Spartan Race, you know it ll involve a unique training program. Even if you re a fit
athlete, you need to prepare yourself for the challenges, which are unlike other types
of races.
First, think about the kind of race you ll be doing. There will be mud, cold water as
well as chances for climbing, crawling and jumping. It s a strain on the body and the
