Others believe that the plea bargaining system is necessary in order to prevent overwhelming
case loads for the justice system and it also helps save court time and money by resolving cases
early on in the criminal process. It can also help secure a conviction if it is unclear if there is
enough evidence for the accused to be found guilty of his or her crime. Despite some of its
limitations raised by critics, we should not go so far as to demand the abolishment of plea
negotiations. The plea bargaining system is a necessary evil. While the system of plea bargaining
is indispensable, it is important to note that the plea bargaining process in Canada is far from
perfect. Thus, suggestions will be recommended for a reform of the process of plea bargaining.

points that I would like to add first would be multiple people started talking along with their
academic transitions and were more comfortable along the way better giving their points on the

For my interview report, I chose to analyze the Safety Team for a utility company called
American Electric Power (AEP). For my interview, I had the opportunity to question leader Mr.
Leon Lilly who is a DSS (District Systems Supervisor) within the company and Tom Smith who is
a Line Crew Supervisor. Considered company leadership and one of the leading individuals on this
team, Mr. Lilly is considered middle management, the liaison between corporate leaders and the
employees who are conducting the work. Labeled a working supervisor, Mr. Smith actively works
on the line crew, supervising and managing day to day activities.
At the beginning of the interview as Mr. Lilly approached me with an intriguing professional
personality. A very nice looking, physical fit man with his salt and pepper hair, Mr. Lilly s shirt
was neatly ironed and tucked in and his boots were shined. Obviously, this man was prior military
displayed not only by his appearance but also in his confidence. On the other hand, Mr. Smith had
the opposite impression with his dirty boots, wrinkled shirt and goofy/joking personality. His
