The Security Investigations Service Center (SISC) notified our office that Veronica Gossa, a contract
employee working under Ernst and Young, could not get a security clearance. Ms. Gossa was outside
of the country for 214, thereby making her ineligible for a security clearance. Ms. Gossa s work with
