The policy that will be analyzed is the federal Older American Act Title III E,
which was approved by the Congress in 2000. It regulates National Family
Caregiver Support Programs (NFCSP), a categorical non income tested program,
aiming to provide direct services to informal family caregivers. Under the federal
administration from AoA, the NFCSP is carried out through a network of 56 State
Units on Aging (SUAs), 655 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and local public or
private institutions. Specifically, AAAs provide five category services to caregivers
by using the allocated NFCSP funding information regarding services, assistance for
accessing services, counseling/support groups/training, short term respite and
supplement services on a limited basis.
My field placement is the New York City Department for the Aging (DFTA), a
local government agency and the largest Area Agency on Aging (AAA) in U.S. Its
mission is to work for the quality of life of New York City s diverse older adults
and for the support of their families through advocacy, education and delivery of

different types of students he describes, I feel like I fall under the label of one
having mediocre grades but achieving success. I make good grades, however I do

presentation, for example verbal communication and written communication, each

my presentation I decided to use both verbal and written communication, although
both communication methods were used I had to ensure that they were used in the
correct quantities. To keep my presentation engaging I tried to use as much visual
representation as possible limiting the amount of text per slide. I chose to use
PowerPoint because of its combination of written and verbal communication (not to
mention the cost effectiveness of choosing PowerPoint and simplistic interface); the
written aspects included the text on the slides, screenshots and images. The
screenshots proved particularly useful as they was of the actual database used in the
daily running of the Apprenticeships Store, once paired with the demonstration of
inputting data into the database it ensured greater understanding due to more

In the novel, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, by Junot Diaz, tells the story
of a young Dominican boy going through his life and his struggles he occurred due to
the curse that was on his family, the fuku. The fuku is a curse that is almost the same
as karma, it is commonly believed in the Dominican culture that if you did something
bad, something bad would happen to you. Junot Diaz uses magical realism
throughout the novelin the use of science fictionand fantasy. Magical realism is a
literary genre that combines mythical elements with realistic fiction. The author uses
magical realism when talking about immigrants, heroes, and outsiders throughout the
novel, while talking about how the main character, Oscar, embodies all three of...
Oscar is originally from the Dominican Republic, but moved to the United States,
specifically New Jersey. To help him deal with the difficult transition, Oscar would
read different comic books and imagine as if his life as a comic book and he was
the hero. An example would be when Oscar would imagine himself as a superhero
helping, who he thought was the love of his life at the time, Ana, from her
boyfriend who was quite aggressive with her. Oscar stole his uncle s gun and went
straight to Manny s, Ana s boyfriend, apartment building, waiting for him to come
home. He did not care what would happen to him he just felt like he had to be the
super hero, like the ones in all of the comic book that he reads, to save Ana. The
only thing was that Manny never came home that night, and Oscar never went
back again. The question is, if Manny did come back would Oscar actually have
done something? The thing is I think Oscar wants to be like the superheroes that he
reads in his comic books and hope that in the end he gets the girl, but in reality that
is not how life works out. I think that Oscar would not have done anything if Manny
came back, he is too afraid to do

How Is Kingdom Of Heaven Historically Accurate
Although the movie Kingdom of Heaven was based on a true historical event, not
all the scenes are accurate. The relationships, knights, and weapons seen in the
movie do not all add up to the way things were during the Second Crusade.
Hollywood movie directors are in it for the money. They want to make an action
packed movie. They do not care if everything in the movie is historically correct.
Although the movie was not all historically correct, it still does a good job of
portraying what happened during the Second Crusade. These are some events that
happened in the movie. I will tell you why they are not all historically correct.
Some relationships in this movie were not quite portrayed the way they actually
were. For example, in the movie it shows Balian not being acquainted with father,
when actually Balian was not as illegitimate as the movie portrayed him to be.
Also, Balian had two brothers. Baldwin, his older brother was actually the one to
fall in love with Sybilla. There is no record of any type of romance between Balin
and Sybilla. In the movie it portrays Sybilla as hating Guy de Lusignan, and even

It took a lot of training and many years to become a knight. According to the book
Knights of Crusades by Jay Williams, Chivalry itself was now practically a
religious order, with its own rules, its own rituals, and its own special codes of
