A. Preliminary Activities
a. Review
Ask: what was our previous lesson?
b. Motivation
Ask: What comes in your mind when you hear the word workout?
c. Lesson Proper
Discuss the following
1. Work program- a workout plan that fit your schedule and goals to become fit.
2. Health Behavior-is an action to maintain, attain, regain good health and prevent illness.
3. Health behavior- Eating Behavior, Sleep pattern and Stress Management
4. How to design Workout Program
d. Generalization
What are the importance of Workout program and Health Behavior?
e. Activities
Activity: Group their selves into five and make a workout program.
IV. EVALUATION
Answer the following:
1. Describe eating behavior
2. Give one health risk factor and describe
3. What is Emotional Eating
V. ASSIGNMENT
From the workout program that you had design awhile back I want you to perform that on our next meeting
with music and proper step counting.

Define what is Workout program and Health behavior 2. Give an example of design workout program. 3. Explain the importance of Health behavior. II. SUBJECT MATTER Topic: Lesson 3: How to Design Workout Program Subtopic: Health Behavior References: Grade 11 P.E book www.health.harvard.edu/ https://www.londom.org. https://www.questforhealth.com/ III. PROCEDURE A. Preliminary Activities a. Review Ask: what was our previous lesson? b. Motivation Ask: What comes in your mind when you hear the word workout? c. Lesson Proper Discuss the following 1. Work program- a workout plan that fit your schedule and goals to become fit. 2. Health Behavior-is an action to maintain, attain, regain good health and prevent illness. 3. Health behavior- Eating Behavior, Sleep pattern and Stress Management 4. How to design Workout Program d. Generalization What are the importance of Workout program and Health Behavior? e. Activities Activity: Group their selves into five and make a workout program. IV. EVALUATION Answer the following: 1. Describe eating behavior 2. Give one health risk factor and describe 3. What is Emotional Eating V. ASSIGNMENT From the workout program that you had design awhile back I want you to perform that on our next meeting with music and proper step counting.
