H7GD-Id-e-16, H7GD-Id-e-17, H7GD-Id-e-18 Day Objectives Topic/s Classroom-based Activities Home-based Activities 1 The students should be able to:  explains the dimensions of holistic health (physical, mental/ intellectual, emotional, social, and moral- spiritual)  analyzes the interplay among the health dimensions in developing holistic health Dimension of Holistic Health Begin with classroom routine: a. Prayer b. Reminder of the classroom safety and health protocols c. Checking of attendance d. Quick “kamustahan” A. Recall (Elicit) Review the previous class discussion/activity. B. Motivation (Engage) Activity 1: Blast from the past! Do you still remember your lessons in Grade 6 about the personal health issues? Let’s check if you still remember them by answering the following questions. Directions: Choose your answer from the box that best describes each personal health issues. Write your answer in your notebook. _______________1. It is a medical condition in which a person’s spine has a sideways curve. SET B STUDENTS Ask the learners to read their first lesson in Health: Dimension of Holistic Health then answer the given activity. Directions: Classify the following activities into physical, social, moral/spiritual, emotional, mental, and environmental health by writing them on their proper column. A.
