Office Management:

 Procurement and maintain stock of stationeries and toiletries, computer peripherals for the office use.
 Professionally trained in providing first-aid and medical help to the employee by up to date First Aid box
and appliances, more concerned about Employee health and safety.

 Liaison with Government Office in relation to statutory compliance and time to time submit the Returns..
Security Management:
 Responsible to supervise the security supervisor and guards regarding Physical security of the office
Equipments, proper parking of Vehicles, employee security and follow “NO HELMET NO ENTRY”
principle.
 Achieve 100% of attendance and leave management by issuing the ID card to the employee and also to
vendor and visitor for proper access control .
 Download the report from Access system controller installed at Entrance and Exit gate and process for
report, further submission to COO & Director
Employee Transport and Travel Management:
 Sole responsible for booking air/train tickets, hotels and travel arrangements for traveling employees there
by reducing to pay the extra charges to third party/consultant.
 Processing passport and visa formalities for employee proceeding to offshore.
 Responsible to provide travel insurance coverage and necessary documentation if any to the employee.
 Responsible to arrange the employee transport as and when required.
 Educate the female employee regarding the safety during movement in transport.
Vendor management and coordination:
 Selection of all types of vendors, price negotiations, contracts for Annual Maintenance, issue of PO etc.
 Collecting bills from vendors, validation and making online payments
Risk Management
 Responsible to renew the Property Insurance, Medicalaim and Group Personnel Accident policy for
Office building and employee of the Organisation respectively.
 Time to time intimate the insurance company regarding addition and deletion of the employee from the
insurance coverage.
 Achieved 100% insurance claim settlement of the employee.
HUMAN RESOURCES
 Maintain database of candidate details provided by Job Portals/consultants based on Job Description, and
arrange telephonic interview rounds of candidates with concerned interviewers in the company
 Maintain evaluation sheets and details of feedback provided by interviewer while recruiting candidates
 Issuing offer letters to selected candidate after proper background verification
 Helping new employee to complete their joining formalities and induction programme.
