Office Management:

Liaison with Government Office in relation to statutory compliance and time to time submit the Returns..
Security Management:
Responsible to supervise the security supervisor and guards regarding Physical security of the office
Equipments, proper parking of Vehicles, employee security and follow “NO HELMET NO ENTRY”
principle.
Achieve 100% of attendance and leave management by issuing the ID card to the employee and also to
vendor and visitor for proper access control .
Download the report from Access system controller installed at Entrance and Exit gate and process for

Employee Transport and Travel Management:
Sole responsible for booking air/train tickets, hotels and travel arrangements for traveling employees there
by reducing to pay the extra charges to third party/consultant.
Processing passport and visa formalities for employee proceeding to offshore.
Responsible to provide travel insurance coverage and necessary documentation if any to the employee.
Responsible to arrange the employee transport as and when required.
Educate the female employee regarding the safety during movement in transport.
Vendor management and coordination:
Selection of all types of vendors, price negotiations, contracts for Annual Maintenance, issue of PO etc.
