OBJECTIVE
Working as. Fleet Management, IVMS and supporting HSSE team.
I have above 08 years’ experience Zubair Automotive Group LLC, Haya Water Company, and Kunooz
Oman Company. I will be excited if I could join the challenging position in your good organization to

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
2005-2006 Second seconder school and study of seven months in NHI institute
WORK EXPERIENCE
 Zubair Automotive Group LLC, Haya Water (Oman Waste Water Services
Company) And (Kunooz Oman Company).
Feb 2008- up to data working as Fleet Management, IVMS and supporting HSSE team.
Principal Accountabilities in the Fleet Management and IVMS.
 Maintain a proper and effective monthly report such as maintenance, accident/incident,
KMs driven, vehicle utilization, and vehicles safety tools.
 Enhance safety awareness of staff by initiating safety meetings and seminars and
Highlighting unsafe conditions/acts whenever they occur
 Provide vehicles monthly KM driven to AL Zubair management and Haya Water
 Responsible to prepare forecast maintenance for Al Zubair & Haya Water vehicles and make
sure the plan implemented
 Responsible for handling fleet management petty cash maintain an effective petty cash
utilization record and liaise with finance for reimbursement.

 Follow-up the tracking system and make sure the system working for Haya heavy vehicles
 Responsible for supervising the preventive & corrective maintenance of all Zubair vehicles to
execute the fleet management operation efficiently, effectively to ensure all vehicles are
maintained to the highest standards of operational efficiency, reliability, cost effective and
safety
 Responsible for handling fleet management petty cash Whenever the fleet management
supervisor is away for hiring outsource special equipment’s and maintain an effective petty
cash utilization record and liaise with finance for reimbursement.
 Responsible to renew the insurance, R.O.P inspection and registration for all Haya heavy
vehicles/ specials equipment’s and lease vehicles.
 Responsible to plan and schedule the subordinates to run their day to day operation
maintenance work in a smoothly manner.
 Assist the Head of Fleet Management to renew and improve the preventive maintenance,
leasing and hiring of especial equipment contracts as when required.
 Assist the Head of Fleet Management to prepare technical scope of work such as for
corrective maintenance, repainting and tire change.
 Maintain a proper, accurate and effective Haya own vehicles & lease vehicles history and
monthly report such as maintenance, safety tools, fuel consumption, accident/incident, KMs
driven, vehicle utilization, and provide vehicles monthly KM driven to HSE section.
 Maintain vehicles safety tools such as fire extinguishers, tyres, batteries and etc.
 Ensure the open fuel cards are tracked and not misused.
 Review monthly fuel and trucking system invoice and update in the share folder.
 Responsible to build Relationship Management with internal and external customer
 Ensure all services are conducting are in line with company available procedures.
 Emergency planning and work closely with Fleet Management team to ensure the
procedures are implemented in our day to day activities.
 Update all data for maintenance history in trucking system for Lease vehicles
 Responsible to handle fleet management invoices to check and certify
 Responsible to renew the insurance and R.O.P registration for all Lease vehicles
 Maintain the ROP documents for all Lease vehicles and update the records.
 Highlighting unsafe conditions/acts whenever they occur
 Maintain vehicles safety tools such as fire extinguishers, tyres, batteries and etc
 Responsible to arrangement booking for preventive maintenance of Lease Vehicles
 Maintain full vehicles history

 Responsible to prepare emergency plans and arrangement all vehicles required for the same
 Responsible to plan and schedule the subordinates to run their day to day operation
maintenance work in a smoothly manner.
 Administer the subordinate to implement the company and fleet management procedure.
 Manage subordinate’s performance through motivation, coaching and monitoring individual
action plans and improvements.
 Ensuring the availabilities of vehicles as per internal customers’ requirements
 Lead weekly work shop meeting within Fleet management team
 Responsible of implementation HSE procedure prior and after conducting any service.
 Handling all motor claims that to register with Insurance Company and follow up with them
on the status.
 Follow up with the garages that to visit them at their location to make sure the estimate,
survey and repair has been done
 Follow up with insurance company after submitting the claims and repair estimation to
survey, approval and issue the LPO to the concern workshop.
Principal Accountabilities: In the HSSE.
 Supporting HSSE team.
 Identifying Risk and Hazards at work site.
 Safety walk around – daily/weekly/monthly.
 Ensuring that the supervisor is conducting daily toolbox talk at site, conducting safety
induction to all new employees, In-House and outside training to all employees and
preparing and filing of all safety reports.
 Ensure HSE systems are in place before starting a job.
 Ensure proper use of tools and PPE.
 Conduct regular site visits.
 Ensure competence of workers and awareness of relevant operational/ HSE procedures.
 Advise workers on potential hazards.
 Check safety equipment.
