Responsibilities:
 Administering full range of HR services of assigned site, with a total base of 10000+ on-roll staff, including policy
formulation, budgeting, talent pipeline development, campus recruitment, performance management, salary processing,
learning & development, employee engagement and administration and employee relations & welfare
 Implementing robust recruitment processes right from the stage of design of JDs till employee on-boarding including media
advertising, obtaining approval for CV from Head Office as per project loading, selection of candidates, interviews and
reference check of candidates
 Executing all pre-joining formalities such as preparation of employment offers for shortlisted candidates, background
verification check of candidates, coordinating Visa processing, travel, airport pickup & accommodation formalities;
organizing employee orientation / HSE inductions to inform new employees about organizational policies & procedures
 Administering probationary, half-yearly and annual performance appraisal process; executing payroll related transactions
such as employment contract, salary revision after probation, other salary revisions, medical reimbursement, so on
 Maintaining all indirect & direct details in payroll sheet with details of MOL number and IBAN numbers; incorporating data
related with attendance and overtime in the payroll and forwarding the same to Finance Dept. for finalization; updating

to the PR Department within a week of arrival of employee, for Visa Stamping Process
 Managing the entire gamut of administrative matters such as travel logistics, visa processing, procurement & distribution of
office supplies, preventive maintenance & repair of equipment, housekeeping, vendor developments, security, insurance,
health & safety management, so on; keeping records for usage of official mobiles and land phones
