♦ Overseeing smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, selection, induction,
orientation and development of new employees and employee codes in the organization
♦ Managing entire recruitment life-cycle, screening resumes through job portals short listing CVs and
conduct interviews, co-coordinating with department Heads regarding the conducted Interview
feedback, Interview ratings & compensation offer, Negotiating compensation structure, closing the

Communicating the specifications to the recruitment partners and bi-weekly feedback sent to all the

♦ Ensuring appraisals are completed well in time & reviewing them. Issuing confirmation & extension of
probation letters to employees and accountable for payroll management and resource mobilization.
♦ Responsible for conducting exit interviews for the employees leaving the organization and initiating full
and final settlement for the employees who have left the organization.
♦ Record and monitor attendance report and MIS report of the employees.
♦ Proper AMC contract & renewal .Renewal of lease agreement as per timelines.
♦ Vendor selection & reducing cost by better negotiation with vendors/suppliers.
♦ Cost Optimization e.g. Office printing & stationary / courier / communications cost / Administration
budget preparation of Administration and its control.
♦ Record and monitor expenses, raise monthly invoice, purchase order, etc.
♦ Travel booking/ pickup/drop arrangement & coordination with travel vendor/Travel agency as per co.
policy.
♦ Organizing employee events, Parties & get together and arranging for refreshments
♦ Ensure all electrical equipment; fire extinguishers are in working condition.
