Roles and Responsibilities:
• Facility Management (Facility expansion and closing, repairs and maintenance,
workstations allotment and shuffling, electrical and AHU coordination with the help of
BMS team)
• Biometric Attendance ( Access to new joiners, deleting resigned employees data from
Hardware and Software, Downloading , processing and generating Reports)
• Office maintenance
• Vendor management
• Processing invoices to the concerned Department
• Handling of housekeeping, office boys and Security
• Stationery and other purchase part handling
• Pantry and Cafeteria
• Handling of Petty Cash
• Communication (BB, Data cards, mobiles instrument)
• Handling the Transport.
• Providing Business cards, ID Cards and Access cards to employees
• Conference room booking
• Handling of calls (Incoming and Outgoing), EPABX including VOIP (Tele pin, outgoing
facility, generating reports)
• Solving the queries of the employees
• Visitors Management (Interact with clients, vendors and visitors)
• Maintenance of Couriers (Incoming and Outgoing)
• Maintaining of Library
• Medicine- Kit
• Issuing Joining Kit to New Joiners
• Maintaining all registers
• Effectively managing client visits and Guest Relation activities
• Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
• Processing of claims
