HR Busines Partner
 Enabling Business- Strategic HR Planning
• Manpower Planning & Cost Management as per the Annual Operation Plan.
• Closely working with BU & HR Head on Organization Architecture.
• Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged
workforce.
• Working On Many Process Improvement Projects with Different Stakeholders.
• Giving Insights To Business Heads and Managers on Cost /Manpower and Business Strategies which leads
to Profitability for the Business.
 Talent Management : Performance Management & Reward & Recognition
• Driving performance culture through timely completion of PMS activities which includes Annual
Appraisal, Normalization & Communication of Ratings.
• Driving Employee Reward & Recognition Scheme fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Execution of Applause on Monthly basis & Quarterly awards for the BU.
 Talent Development
• Doing Talent Review and Succession Planning for middle management with Business & HR Head.
• Doing the Gap analysis of the vacancies & closing the same through internal confirmation process of
technical resources.
• Maintaining, tracking & analysis of technical training data.
• Working closely on the Talent Development Roadmap for Engineers.
• Coordinating and ensuring technical trainings.
 Talent Acquisition
• Handle lateral hiring for Middle Management profile.
• End to End Recruitment & selection decisions related to Salary Negotiation, Internal Job Postings
Promotions, movements etc.
• Manpower budgeting for the financial year in consultation with business.
 Employee Engagement and other Activities
• Schedule Engagement activities as per calendar i.e Birthday Bash, Anniversary Mailers and Thought of the
Day’s.
• Driving employee engagement through actions based on employee feedback from employee surveys.
• Implementing OD initiatives to manage change and foster effective work group relationships and
communication processes like employee communication forums, Town Halls, Skip Level Meetings & One-
on-One.
• Others:
• Responsible for the day to day management of a large staff, dealing with all HR issues and
resolving any staff conflicts that arose.
• Handling all Code of conduct cases and legal compliance.
• Exit and F&F.
