This document discusses the design and implementation of a brushed DC motor speed controller using a phase-locked loop (PLL) and LabVIEW software for data acquisition and monitoring. The system aims to enhance relative stability and fast response by utilizing components such as optical encoders and H-bridge circuits, while considering various load conditions and their effects on motor performance. Experimental results show a stable operational range of the motor across specified speeds and loads, validating the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
