This document discusses rehabilitation and evaluation. It defines rehabilitation as using medical, social, educational and vocational measures to train individuals to their highest functional ability. The areas of rehabilitation include medical, vocational, social and psychological rehabilitation. Evaluation is defined as determining the value or worth of a program by comparing it to a standard. There are two main types of evaluation - formative evaluation which assesses needs and implementation, and summative evaluation which assesses outcomes and impacts. Planning the evaluation determines whether it will be done internally or externally.
