Job Descriptions
• To perform laundry activities according to SOP.
• To ensure laundry equipment and facility are in best operating
condition.
• To manage and control financial processing.
• To conduct budgeting, purchasing, payroll, forecasting and
inventory control.
• To lead staff relations effectively.
• To ensure to promote actively team work within laundry
department and maintain strong interdepartmental relations.
• Report to owner about activities, progress and issues (if any).
6. Laundry Supervisor
Job Descriptions
• To supervises and coordinates activities of workers
• To determines sequence in work flow in order to provide quick and
efficient service to customers and to regulate work loads.
• To inspects articles to determine methods of specific cleaning
requirements.
• To investigates and resolves customer complaints of unsatisfactory
work or bundle shortage.
• To maintain top level cleanliness following set policies, standards
and procedures.
