At first the scene is comedic, that is until the man from across the courtyard leaves his house at 2 a.m.
We see Jeff s watch as the man comes in and out of his apartment 3 times. Each time, the audience
watch as Thorwald (the man) carries a large briefcase with him. Long shots and canning are used to

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is slow progressing or chronic , cancer of the blood and bone
marrow. CLL is the second most common leukemia in adults and one of the four primary types of

been widely criticized and considered unconstitutional. However, Stop and Frisk, per se is not
unconstitutional unless people are being stopped illegally. It s a crime prevention tool that allows
police officers to stop a person based on reasonable suspicion of criminal activity and to conduct a
frisk based on reasonable suspicion that the person is armed. Some argue this policy was created to
target minorities. Most of the people who have been stopped and frisked under this program have been
African American or Hispanic. This concerns citizens and makes them oppose the policy because they

(U.S Department of Education 2007). In an Early Childhood setting challenging behavior may arise
during transitional times (Hemmeter, Ostrosky, Artman Kinder, 2008). Transitions cause students to
stop what they are doing, perform long chain of tasks, and begin a new activity, all without breaking

the plastic pink flamingo that is strangely popular throughout America to criticize the present United
States culture. As expected from the contrary words plastic and natural in just the title of her essay,
this passage is driven by irony. With that said, Price uses a satirical tone to criticize the ignorance of
American culture. Price begins her essay with a metaphor. She uses verbs related to the flamingo such
as splashed and flocking, to explain how Americans had made the bird synonymous with wealth and

phytoconstituents, Picroside I and Picroside II. Figure 1 represents the HPLC chromatograms of the
PKRE. PKRE found to contain Picroside I: 3.30%w/w Picroside II: 4.90%w/w of dry extract.
Figure 2 depicts the effect of PKRE on carrageenan induced paw edema. Sub plantar administration of
carrageenan resulted in time dependent increase in paw edema in all tested groups. Treatment with
PKRE (100 and 200mg/kg) and indomethacin exhibited significant reduction in paw edema in
comparison to control. However, PKRE (100 and 200 mg/kg) were found to be statistically (P 0.01)
significant at all observation period (1, 3 and 5hr).
