company. To be able to control all tasks in project execution,
you need an organizational form that is specific to the
project and which is shared by all departments involved.

Confirmations
Confirmations document the state of processing for activities and
activity elements in a network
Only activities that have the status “Released” can be confirmed

Project Settlement
• Settlement is the process where the actual costs incurred for
a WBS element, network, or activity are allocated, in whole
or in part, to one or more receivers
Periodic & Final Settlement
Every period end, all actual costs are settled to the AUC (CWIP
Asset)
After completion of the project, all costs in the AUC are
transferred to one or more final asset/s

FUND FLOW STATEMENT
Funds Flow Statement is a statement prepared to analyse the
reasons for changes in the Financial Position of a Company
Balance Sheets. It shows the inflow and outflow of funds i.e.
Sources and Applications of funds for a particular period.
