Teaching-learning strategy
Teaching and learning will be through lecture, video presentation, focus discussion, case
studies and internet research. Students will also be required to do their own self study
either through guided questions or assignments.

2. Assessment strategy:
Students are given group assignments and to answer questionnaires relevant to the topic
of study. Students are asked to provide peer tutoring and peer evaluation of their team
members. Group presentation of major assignments will be required and be evaluated by
both lecturers and peers.
Additionally, students will also be required to sit for assessment quizzes.

Synopsis
The course relates to different topics and elements of project management. We begin
with developing a sense of the strategic overview of project management, followed by
various components of project management such as project selection, planning,
organizing, and project control. A project management game is introduced to approximate
the elements of project management and the challenges faced. Additionally the course
concentrates on leadership and team working skills in the students that will be useful to
them as project managers.
