are performed. The machining parameters are Spindle Speed, Feed and Depth of cut and the output
responses are machining time and amplitude of vibration. The predication models are developed using
ANOVA. To find the best value of the regression model, a real time coded Genetic Algorithm (GA)
using Turbo C++ and MATLAB tool box GA are used. The result indicated that predicted models are

order for a proper reform to ensue, the people of America must combine efforts with the U.S.
government to revitalize the current welfare system. This reform would involve answering two
important questions. First, how has today s welfare system strayed from its original state and secondly,
how is the system abused by welfare holders in today s economy? As of January 1, 2014, roughly
4.1% of Americans are welfare, which is not what the system was designed to do (Department of

We have all been guilty of doing it, making assumptions about someone based on what we have seen
or been through. We see a person or an object and classify it as tall, wealthy, ugly, pretty, etc.

make assumptions? The theory of Constructivism can help us understand why we categorize things we
see into constructs and how these constructs can be harmful and how they can benefit or hurt us when

a main author in the Personal Construct Theory. This theory discussed insight and how it can be
