1) The first concern should be the presentation time.
Generally the management board don’t have enough
time available in their schedule for meetings, so try to
be at same time brief and concise.
2) Show that the subject is related to the company’s
or department’s goals, and provide some advice or
alternative for the issues that would be found.
3) Show self-confidence, high level of knowledge
about the subject and accuracy in the data shown;

- Brief description of the previous knowledge about the
