Introducing Open Source School, the First Software Engineering School dedicat...OW2
In France alone, the IT industry is short of 40,000 engineers with appropriate open source skills, and over 3,000 are missing each year in the only field of open source.
This is one of the reasons why Smile decided to create a school entirely dedicated to the teaching of open source : Open Source School.
This unique school in France is divided into three mail activities :
First degree courses ((from Bac+3 to Bac+5)
In-service training
Occupational retraining
Come and learn about the Open Source School.

Implement ECVET (European Credit system for Vocational Education and
Training )
The European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) is the
new European instrument to promote mutual trust and mobility in vocational
education and training. Developed by Member States in cooperation with the
European Commission.

We have been selected by the French Institute of Education of the 7 projects in
France involved in the fight against school dropout.
ANFA (National Association for Automobile Training) representing the branch of
automotive training supports our actions, the institution occupies the General
Secretariat of ECVET at the national agency and leads us in the development of
new projects.
