BinhThanh Bui participated in the Leonardo DaVinci Education and Culture Lifelong Learning Programme called "Business Beyond Barriers" from September 2012 to March 2014. The project involved vocational schools from Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Finland to improve business education and cross-cultural skills through networking and meetings. Students developed virtual companies, logos, marketing plans, and communicated regularly with participants from the other countries. The program aimed to improve cooperation between educational and business institutions across Europe and encourage learning of modern foreign languages and intercultural education. Bui was a highly motivated and reliable member throughout the program.

The project involved both general and special needs vocational schools in business education. The
students and educators of the vocational school and staff of the collaborating companies from the
Netherlands, Turkey, Germany and Finland cooperated through networking and meetings on the subject of
developing cross-cultural Business and Business English skills.
Project main focus:
To improve the quality and to increase the volume of co-operation between institutions or
organisations providing learning opportunities, enterprises, social partners and other relevant bodies
throughout Europe
To encourage the learning of modern foreign languages

Presentation of VET education in Germany

Set up and presentation of a virtual company
