My main abilities for this job are I am hard working, honest, with strong technical skills and
safe work ethics.
I have all the necessary knowledge about safety procedures, and I apply all the HSE requirements in my
activity, such as, permits to work, start/stop cards, TSTP.
I started working for this company from 2012. As a painter, during the first year, I worked on various
projects that were needed to improve the living and working on platform Kay Manhattan. Also, I worked
jobs that are common on platforms such as entry into the preload tanks to help clean seawater, raising
scaffolding, water blasting, painting, and chipping, buffing and daily cleaning. Prepare and clean surfaces
prior to priming and painting, remove waste, debris and accumulated trash from decks and other areas!
Relieve the Roustabouts and ordinary Seaman as Necessary.
Assist with helicopter operations landing and takeoff from helideck participate as firefighting team.
Also I helped welders in their projects, and I also acquired some basic knowledge of welding, so I
decided to pass the internal examination for welders. After more than a year of waiting, finally I had the
chance to become a roustabout and by the way I finish the course for banks man.
Actively participate in the START conversation, communicate with all parties involved in this process.
I'm trying to help with my knowledge as much as I can’t newly arrived colleagues with advice, was the
knowledge that I gained working as a roustabout.
