Multi Dimensional Factors Which Influence The Planning,...
This report aims to discuss the multi dimensional factors which influence the planning,
implementation, and the evaluation of health interventions. The first part is the discussion of the
impact of the determinant factors such as the demographic distribution of populations, the political
values, the religious beliefs, the human values, the ethnicity, and traditions in the whole process, as
mentioned above of health interventions. The next section is about the public views and attitudes on
health and the factor that can alter health state such as illness, as well as the public attitudes towards
health and medical advocates. Lastly, this report will talk the different influences of the interaction
from cultural, social, national and international policy on the planning, implementation, and
evaluation of health interventions in New Zealand.
Demographic Distribution of Populations
Rapid influx of migrants with diverse ethnicity and cultural background, with different social and
economic status, age group that varies from birth, active years, and geriatric are factors that
contributes to changes in population demographics, that has specific demands which needs special
focus and attention. More people in the societies prefer to settle now in city than in countryside areas.
The rapid rate of urbanization in growing regions test the capability of governments to effectively
design and run into the necessities of the rising numbers of city dwellers. As metropolis residents

Superman Red Son Research Paper
Written by Mark Millar, drawn by Dave Johnson and inked by Bob Peuttler, Superman: Red Son is a
three issue fictional super hero graphic novel mini series by DC Comics that was released under their
Elseword imprint in 2003. This brilliant story received critical acclaim and was nominated for the
2004 Eisner Award for the best limited series. DC Comics Elseword series gives us stories that creates
a What if scenario around beloved characters and allows us to see them from a new perspective. The
objective is to slightly alter their origin and characteristics, while still retaining their primary essence.

In the story, Superman grows to become John Stalin s closest comrade and J.F.K s worst enemy. He

Summary Of Will Storr s Visit To Past Life
In the previous chapter, Will Storr visited a Past Life Regression therapist who essentially opened the
floodgates of his mind. This inspired his decision to take some time in the Blue Mountains of
Australia to meditate in this chapter. While he intended to enroll in the Vipassana Meditation Center s
meditation session purely for the purpose of a mental retreat, Storr quickly discovered that it was also
a physically taxing experience. He got so into his own zone that he found himself unable to help
others who were more obviously struggling alongside him. This lead him to wonder about the origin
and function of cognitive dissonance why do we feel one thing and say or do another? He cited many
psychological experiments before coming to the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For example, people in the study believed they were more likely to win the lottery if they chose the
numbers versus having the numbers randomly generated. Assuming that the individual choosing the
numbers knows no more about the winning sequence than the random generator, then this notion is
illogical. Choosing is as arbitrary by a person as a random generator the only difference is that people
often choose numbers with sentimental value, such as a birthday, anniversary, or favorite number.
However, in this particular instance, people felt that their odds were increased when they chose the
numbers despite no apparent logical reason to think so ergo, the illusion of control (Sanger). It is
important to note that the illusion of control had no measurable effect in this scenario whether people
chose their numbers or not, their odds did not change. I think this implies that even when we are able
to achieve unity between our interior and exterior selves, some things are simply out of our self s
reach. Sometimes, other factors are simply too powerful to ignore; consequently, they are given
control. Is it not possible that this could relate to the disconnect we feel between our interior and
exterior selves, particularly in stressful

Personal Narrative-Packing
Packing was the hardest part, and all I could think was what do I bring? A book just to pastime by
since I m going to another time period my actual time won t change here. Maybe some food, because
the place I am heading to have no food. With that I simply walk to the room with a secret machine that
has been in the works for quite some time and now it s time for testing. There it was the time machine
with its lights flashing and air blowing out loudly in tiny burst. As I step out of the time machine all I
could see was a house on fire and the smell of kerosene. Getting a closer look I saw a firefighter

Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary Case Study
Only 100 miles off the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, there is a marine ecosystem teeming with life.
This ecosystem is called the Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary (FGBNMS). FGBNMS
is a coral reef that monitored and preserved by NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration. NOAA sees the FGBNMS as a valuable natural resource that we need to protect. The
intent of this memo is to identify the resources that FGBNMS provides, what policies are in place to
protect those resources, what effect these policies have had, and what actions to take from this point
forward. Fortunately, the policies regarding this natural resource are accomplishing the goal of
protecting this reef, so I do not recommend to many changes to the existing policies, except for a few
slight changes.
Resources that FGBNMS Provides
The resources provided by this coral reef can be categorized into one of three types: externalities,
public goods, and common pool goods. An externality can be understood as unintended impacts of a

Many people realize this and have put policies into place to help preserve as much of FGBNMS as
they can. These policies vary among command and control policies, market and incentive policies, and
even community collaborations and regulations. To help NOAA decide what policies to put in place,
the FGBNMS Advisory Council (AC) was formed. The AC is made of 6 different committees that
address specific priority issues within the sanctuary (National Ocean Service, 2015a). Sanctuary staff
uses recommendations from the AC to develop action plans and prepare management strategies
mandated by the Office of the National Marine Sanctuary (National Ocean Service, 2015a). NOAA,

Evaluation Of A New Hybrid Strategy
Abstract
Testing is an important process in software development and widely used by developers to reveal
bugs. Often, software failures can lead to disastrous consequences such as loss of data, fortune and
lives. Test engineers have generated a set of test cases to validate against the user requirements. The
highest number of reduction can save a cost of testing. When dealing with a large line of code (LOCs)
there still has redundancy happened. Our experiment studies about hybrid tReduct GNA_SA and the
existing strategies to counter test redundancy reduction issues. In our experiment, we apply four
(tReductLAHC, tReductSA, tReductGNA and tReduct GNA_SA) test suite reduction strategies for six
different situation. After that, we then measure the effectiveness of the diversified solutions of four
test suite reduction strategies. Our experiment shows that a new hybrid strategy tReduct GNA_SA
offers more effectiveness to reduce redundancy compared to existing work.

What Is The Timeline Of The Big Bang Theory
Timeline of The Big Bang
The broadly accepted philosophy for the evolution of our universe is the Big Bang theory, which states
that the universe began as an incredibly hot and dense point roughly 13.7 billion years ago before
expanding into a large, unexplored cosmos; home to an unknown amount of planets and systems.
The universe is said to have begun with a cataclysm that generated space and time, as well as all of the
matter and energy that the universe will ever hold. For an incomprehensibly tiny fraction of a second,
the universe is theoretically an infinitely dense fireball. At 10 35 to 10 33 seconds, a runaway process
called inflation is said to have caused a vast expansion of space filled with energy. The inflationary
period is stopped only when this has converted into the matter and energy we know of today.
After inflation, one millionth of a second after the Big Bang, the universe supposedly continues to
expand, but not nearly as quickly. The most basic forces in nature become distinct: first gravity, then
the strong force of which holds atoms together, followed by electromagnetic forces. By the first
second, the universe is made up of fundamental particles and energy: from electrons, photons, to less
familiar types. These particles merge together to form protons and neutrons which will combine to
form the nuclei of simple elements such as hydrogen, helium and lithium.
The first major creation of the universe was radiation different wavelengths of light,

Evidence Asimov Analysis
Robots coexisting in the human world can be beneficial to many people s lives by allowing tasks to be
performed at a much faster rate. By Google definition robots are machines capable of carrying out a
complex series of actions automatically, especially one programmable by a computer; (especially in
Science Fiction) a machine resembling a human being and able to replicate certain human movements
and functions automatically. Many people think of robots as metal machines that come in various
shapes and sizes; not machines that look and act in such ways like a human. Robots and other alike
machines are widely used across the globe. In factories, schools, homes, hospitals... Whilst technology
grows, the need for these complex machines becomes much greater. These machines are able to
perform tasks at a much greater speed, accuracy, and complexity compared to manual labor. In
Asimov s short story Evidence, a man by the name of Stephen Byerley was in a horrific accident that
should have resulted in his death. When Stephen runs for mayor, Frances Quinn, his runner up, claims
that the real Stephen Byerley, rather than having recovered, was permanently disfigured and crippled
by the accident, and the Byerley who appears in the public is a humanoid robot, created by Stephen
Byerley. Asimov mentions the Three Laws of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I do not believe that the short story, Evidence, is accurate in its depiction of society s treatment of
robots. In the research we have seen thus far, the acceptance of robots in today s society is almost
unknown due to the fact that many people do not realize they amount of robotics that they already use
in their daily lives. Robots are a very beneficial thing, and I do not believe that we need a set of laws
like Asimov s to govern the behavior of robots as they become more advanced... Robots can be people

El Nino Effects On Coastal Environments
El Niño refers to the large scale climatic relationship between the ocean and atmosphere, linked to a
sporadic warming in sea temperatures across the central and east central Equatorial Pacific, (What are
El Nino and La Nina, 2016). Effects of the El Nino typically develop over North America before the
winter months, and include warmer than average temperatures over western and central Canada and
The United States. The force of El Niño can significantly influence weather patters, marine conditions,
and a large proportion of coastal environments, (What are El Nino and La Nina, 2016). Relatively new
information considering impacts of El Niño due to warming temperatures has introduced new ideas
that El Niño has a direct effect on coastal landforms in the state of California, (earth a dynamic
structure, 2003). Scholars argue that the presence and strengthening of the El Niño have detrimental
impacts on coastal environments in California, (earth a dynamic structure, 2003; Sanders, 2016).
These impacts include cliff erosion and the collapsing of cliffs, bigger waves eroding away beaches
and the coast, landslides, and sea level rise, (Richmond Gibbs, 1998). Coastal Erosion is a result of
many physical processes occurring on earth, El Niño is just one of the processes that significantly
destroy coastal landforms, but climate change plays a major role in increasing the likelihood of coastal
erosion due to El Niño. Research done in previous studies identify many different

ABSTRACT
In the present work, PVAAg nanocomposite films with thickness 0.18 mm, constant silver content
(0.4 wt. %) and different time of reactions (0.1, 3, 5, 7, 9 h) were prepared by chemical reduction
methods. Surface topology, optical and electrical properties of PVAAg nanocomposite were studied
using absorption spectroscopy, electrometer, atomic force microscope (AFM) and photoluminescence
(PL) spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared nanocomposites. Optical absorption
coefficient studies showed a peak at 427 nm for all samples, in addition to the peak at 200 nm for
undoped PVA film. There is observable change in the absorbed intensity at 427 nm with the time of
reaction. The refractive index was found increase with increasing the time of reaction. It was found
that the root mean square (RMS) roughness. Frank poole emission is the prevailing transport
mechanism for all samples. While PL intensity at 427 nm increase as the time of reaction is increased.

What Is Ancient Egyptian Religion
Egyptian Gods and Religion
Have you ever thought about how people in Egypt worshipped many Gods, and praised many Kings,
giving their lives to their authority and hoped they would bless them with good things. They were
dependant and worshipped them with highly. The Egyptian religion were mainly based upon worship
towards Pharaoh and Gods.
Osiris, a wise king who was married to his sister Isis, was murdered by their evil brother Seth. Isis
used her magic to bring Osiris back to life to conceive a son, Horus who revenged Osiris death and
killed Seth, his uncle. Osiris is the God of Death, the underworld, and vegetation (historylists.org).

With a higher sense of individuality, humans began to conceive the gods in a personalized form. This
stage in development is called mythical . In Egypt, this process began during the late prehistoric
period, when writing was being invented and myths were being formulated (Mark).
The Mythical part of the egyptian religion was the way people personalized their Gods. They started
to do this in the prehistoric period, where people began to show why things happened through myths.
In the very end, the egyptian Gods were born.
Like all religions, that of ancient Egypt was complex. It evolved over the centuries from one that
emphasized local deities into a national religion with a smaller number of principal deities. Some
theologians think that Egypt was moving towards a monotheistic faith in a single creator, symbolized
by the sun god. There was no single belief system, but the Egyptians shared a common understanding
about the creation of the world and the possibility of reverting to chaos if the destructive forces of the
universe were unleashed (Mark). Even though there were many Gods, Egyptians all had something in
common. They all had one understanding of how the world worked. Their religion evolved over the
years as their culture changed. In the end, Egyptians had a small number of Gods that helped them
understand

The Impact Of Technology On Nonverbal Communication
Communicating through social media and technology can sometimes be challenging, what are these
challenges and how does this affect the nonverbal communication; and do you think this form of
communication causes inabilities to interact positively and work effectively with others. While
communicating through new technologies and social media can be challenging at times for some, one
must also remember that nonverbal behaviors can be important in establishing trust in working
relationships, but modern technologies may challenge our ability to maintain that trust (Nelson Quick,
2017, pg. 131). This is because too much of a good thing can cause harmful reactions when trying to

Written reports on the other hand give executives, managers, and supervisor s detailed information as
to their overall progress on projected tasks within different departments; and overall company goals
(Nelson Quick, 2017, pg. 131). In addition, however, there is other types of written communications,
such as memo s and letter s which give more adequate information when communicating officially,
these being larger in span and theme compared to memo s. Thus, making the shortest kind of written
communication to be that of form, which may be used to collect information inside or outside the
organization (Nelson Quick, 2017, pg. 131).
While non verbal behaviors can affect many different communication styles, communicating while
using technology devices affect one s behavior more often than others; especially when
communication is not being done face to face and computer generated technology is being used
instead. Although, this is common ground today, and computers and telecommunication are the newest
trend to hit the market; sometimes the communication style chosen makes communicating impossible
to fully understand the message being delivered by the sender. Thus, is because the communication
being sent has not been interpreted correctly; due to unwanted communication barriers standing in the
way. One of those barriers is that of computer mediated communication that influences virtually all

The Responsibility Of Child Soldiers
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall
have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their
jurisdiction. are words from the Thirteenth Amendment that was passed in 1865. However, is still
untrue around the world. One issue that is violating this amendment is child soldiers. Child soldiers
are a horrifying issue around the world that put the lives of many children at risk. One reason child
soldiers are such a huge problem is because they are forced to take part in many life threatening
conflicts. Another reason is because the children are brainwashed to do as the army tells them to.
To start, child soldiers are human rights concern because ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
According to one site, they are small, so they can be transported in large numbers yet big enough to
handle lightweight weapons as well as heavy enough to set off landmines. They also have no real
sense of fear, are cheap and expendable, and when indoctrinated young enough, they can be more
loyal and ferocious than adults. (Macleans 1) However, when getting the children to follow orders,
they are injured and stripped of their normal lives and made to believe what the armies want them to
think. Many times, they suffer from psychological damage and if brought back to their families, they
can be very violent. (Telegraph 1) Having these soldiers are wrong since while they are still
developing, they are fed wrong information and have their lives changed. To conclude, children may
be perfect for the job of a soldier, but the way they are treated is inhuman and children should not be
fighting adults battles. The use of child soldiers is an atrocious violation of the human rights. One
topic is that child soldiers are forced into extreme situations. The first reason is because they have to
fight in hazardous places. The second reason is because they have their thoughts manipulated while at
the military. This kind of treatment to children as young as 8 is unacceptable and and you can help

Soviet Style Planning For A Communist City Essay
Alexei Gutnov thought that a city was an organic community whose function was to calculate the
immediate needs of the future. He believed that a city was a tangle of contradictions but planning
couldn t predict the future however, the current planning environment we live in could accurately
predict its development. Alexei Gutnov was the author of an Ideal Communist City a book written to
examine the past errors and current errors of planning taken place in capitalistic societies whilst giving
advice on what the future for a communist city should look like. The obvious differences between
Western style planning and Soviet Style are evident at least until 1990 s. Soviet style planning could
be characterized as many things but what was the true nature of soviet style planning and what role
did soviet style planning play in economic advances and lifestyles? The preparations used to
investigate the questions in this thesis mainly use secondary sources though some quotes are from
primary sources. Many of the writers whose works used which are both from books and articles are
both critiques and proponents of the Soviet leadership thus they may be biased in their assertions of
the planning policies imposed during the Soviet empire and its satellite states. The sources are both
from the 20th and 21st century because one needs to take into accounts an extreme growth in
ideologies. Many of the sources were a product of their time whether they were critiquing the political

he has no fear in fighting this monster, because he has too much pride to stand and not run. Beowulf
also says that no one else could do what he did, no one could defeat the dragon, or no one would even
think about it for that matter. Beowulf also boasts about his bravery and what he has done Bravery is
courageous behavior or character. Bravery is one of the most important themes in Beowulf. Ancient
heroes searched for instances to make their reputation represent their courageous deeds. Beowulf
announces to all who will listen that he will use only his strength and his bravery to rid mead hall of
this monster who has been interrogating them for so long. As stated in canto 22 He tossed his sword

Essay On The Singer Solution Of Almsgiving
Money makes the world go around. Peter Singer, professor of bioethics, came out with the Singer
Solution to World Poverty, that whatever money you re spending on luxuries, not necessities, should
be given away. While that formula sounds simple, it is obviously easier said than done. The benefit of
Singer s solution would finally be equality for all people. Although the drawback to this formula
would be asked in this question, Why should the wealthy give money they worked hard for? People
can only give and do so much until it is over the top and out of control. The Singer Solution of
almsgiving would help the entire world there is no cut off to who should be given the money, not just
the homeless in first world countries or individual third world countries. As this idea benefits
everyone, the world would stand behind the idea of Communism. Communism spreads the idea of
equality towards all people, no matter the race, age, or gender. If the money ... Show more content on

Although people should put away money for unexpected days, they should also give away what they
can. Studies show that humans become happier when they give to others. Singer s idea of a luxury
could be defined as something different in comparison to someone else. To one, a luxury may be
anything other than food and water while to another, a luxury can be defined as a dream vacation. St.
Lucy s Priory High School and female education could be seen as a luxury, because in some parts of
the world, girls are not allowed to be educated. If my parents gave away the luxury money for me to
come to this school, I would have a completely different educational and high school experience.
There is a teaching to always give back what was given to you, but always make sure that there is
enough for you and to make yourself a priority. It is important, because although helping others

Narrative Essay About Red Lobster
When I was younger I used to love crab legs. Everytime my mom would ask me if I wanted to go out
to eat and where I wanted to go she always knew I would say Red Lobster. It didn t have to be a nice
occasion or anything special. I could have just finished a baseball game and have a pallet of dirt on my
uniform and I still wouldn t care. I wouldn t care how people felt about it or if I looked dirty. I would
do anything to get some nice red crab legs. This all changed on one day when my grandparents and I
went out to eat. We went to a chinese buffet. I was so excited when I was walking around and I saw
they had crab legs. Knowing myself I put around 4 on my plate. I ate them and went and got my
second plate. As I was eating my second plate I started to feel a little funny. I didn t think anything of
it and I kept going. I give it about 5 minutes later my lips felt tingly. Felt as though they were buzzing
like a phone ringing. I finally tell my grandma that I don t feel too good. She looks at me and is
stunned and tells my grandpa to look at me. They both are shocked like if I just committed a crime.
My grandma then said in a panic John we have to go to my grandpa. My grandmother then got
everything together and we left. During the car ride my grandma called my mom as my grandpa was
quiet driving as usual. I heard her say I was having an allergic reaction. I didn t understand at the time
because I felt fine besides my lips. Once she got off the phone I asked if she had a

How does Make A Wish help those in need? Make A Wish is one of the most well known charities in
the world for giving dying children one last wish and making it come true for them. I remember in
middle school one of my friend s brothers had cancer and so his parents reached out to Make A Wish
to try and give their son a happy memory that he could cherish for the rest of his life. He wished he
could ride in a monster truck so the people at Make A Wish had it arranged and they reached out and
asked them to come to the Delta Center which was home to the Utah Jazz but could also house
monster trucking. He went and got to ride in the most famous monster ... Show more content on

These kids who knew they were going to die were given hope, hope that could hopefully allow them
to become healthier. It might seem stupid or gimmicky to older people but to these kids it s all they got
in life. Make A Wish grew so rapidly because of this, that they were making tens of thousands of
wishes come true each year.
Now that we have covered the full history of Make A Wish let s move on to general facts of Make A
Wish. To be eligible you must be referred by someone treating the child, a parent or legal guardian, or
the children themselves if they are of age. The average cost of granting a wish is $10,130. Make A
Wish pays for the full experience including costs of travel because they believe that the parents have
enough financial worries. The way Make A Wish makes money for all of this is from mainly donations
and foundation grants. This means that normal every day citizens are funding these wishes and could
be giving a dying kid their last wish which I think is special. There have been numerous celebrities
and stars that participate in Make A Wish. John cena holds the record for Make A Wish at over 500
wishes. Justin Bieber has participated in over 200 wishes and numerous celebrities have done multiple
wishes. This is all voluntary so none of these celebrities are forced to do it.

Strategic Management of Human Resources
Training models assignment
The modern day work place is undergoing a wide array of changes, all resulted from the numerous
challenges impacting the internal and external environment of business enterprises. Some examples in
this sense include the growing forces of globalization and market liberalization, the increasing cultural
diversity in workplaces, the shift from a manufacturing economy to a service economy, or the
advancement of technology.
In such a setting, the role of the staff members is also suffering modifications as the employees are not
just the individuals operating the machines, they have become the most valuable organizational assets
(Hickman, 2005). The employees are now in charge of creating organizational value and sustaining
the company in attaining its overall objectives. Given this scenario, economic agents come to place an
increased emphasis on the relationship with the staffs and focus on the strategic management of their
human resource (Noe, 2002).
The strategic management of the human resource is revealed at virtually all levels of the relationship
between the employer and the employee, since the need for a new hire is identified, up to the point
where the employee leaves the firm. Some focal points of this strategic HRM include the motivation
of the employees, their training, their reward or the offering of adjacent incentives, such as flexible
working schedules. Overall, it is the scope of strategic human resource management to ensure that

Why Is Basketball Better Than Soccer
Basketball vs. Soccer
As unalike the sports basketball and soccer may seem, these two sports are the two most similar sports
the public currently plays. Soccer and basketball are two sports that each have their stars and national
television coverage. They are arguably in the top 3 most popular sports for the youth and have high
continuity rates for players that partake in them. While the ultimate goal in both sports is putting the
goal in or through the net, how the players create these opportunities makes these sports team based
and strategic. In both sports teamwork, where they perform, similarity of injuries, and the importance
of footwork, group these two sports together more than any other combination of sports.

Dbq Imperialism
After an elite revolution involving the advance of new technology and economy, global changes
occurred. Capitalism, socialism, and nationalism were very popular before the fall of Africa, and
before imperialism. With these ideas in mind, motivations like: the military, politics, demographic
features, economics, and social classes had influence for the future of Africa and countries like
Europe, Germany, and Russia were more powerful than Africa. Imperialism shaped when borders
were opened, and authority was limited. A nation that is thriving on foreign trade and control outside
its borders is more likely to imperialize. Europe s acquisition towards African colonies in 1880 to

Christian members in Europe established churches in conquered territories during the nineteenth
century. With this Western cultural values were spread. Europe found the option to use imperialism to
their advantage when the scramble for Africa occurred. This is when The Berlin West Africa
conference occurred regarding the split of Africa into colonies. The country was so behind with the
rapid industrialization, that new diffusion of ideas was necessary and sought out by citizens. Colliding
of religions also involved new education and new foreign languages. As seen in document five,
philanthropy was a key part and wanted five percent better through Europe at the time. This showed
Africa s hesitant distinction through the late 1880 s to 1950 s and was portrayed across the globe as a
developing reputation. Problems with governments, leaders, and trade reflected onto Africa that also
left religious views and questions in the air. Against imperialism, Africa saw no hope in ever regaining
independence. Colonial conflict struct, and a self government without the help of other countries was
out of the picture. In documents three and nine, a German man and German Social Democratic party

Analysis Of The Article On Being An Atheist
H. J McCloskey in his article, On Being an Atheist, is trying to show the readers are more reasonable
and comfortable belief than that of Christianity. In the article he also puts up an argument concerning
two theistic point of which is the cosmological and teleological argument. McCloskey also talks about
the problems resulting from all the evil in the world. He goes as far to point out this evil in a world the
God had made and blames God for it. Due to that fact and other issues, he believes that it is irrational
to live by faith. According to his work, proof is not really necessary part to play a vital role in the
belief of God. However, when it comes to providing proof concerning an atheist point of view, he has

In his work he states that believing in an uncaused first cause of the universe is a problem because
nothing in the universe brings us to that conclusion. The rationalization from cause effect understands
a relation between things that are in existence, and will pass out of existence. If God was to be taken
part of the frame of causation already in motion, then it would belong to that which would have
caused by something else. That cause holds to that which is outside the framework of causation.
Concerning the cosmological argument McCloskey writes that all we entitle to infer is the existence of
a cause commensurate with the effect to be explained, the universe, and this does not entitle us to
postulate on all powerful, all perfect uncaused cause. (McCloskey, 1968) This would be true for there
is no reason why to necessary infer a God person. The inference is of the nature that suggest a cause of
such magnitude that is practically God like. McCloskey words don t disprove the rational of a God.
Entitlement not to call this cause God is neither entitlement to deny calling the cause or considering it
to be God . Looking at the teleological argument, McCloskey has tied the argument from design
together. He is also at the same time rejecting both of them. He does this because he thinks that
mankind is not able nor have the ability to have a full understanding about Creation. He s description
of Creation is described by the theory of

Our invasive and native species impact our eco systems dramatically. Although they seem to be
harmless from rapid breeding and overpopulation. Taking over the surrounding areas so that other
species are not able to survive. Aggressive species is another way to impact the ecosystems by
endangering other species that live in the same habitat.
Monitoring our wildlife will protect our succession in preventing ecosystem changes. Such as the
damage from invasive species on a natural habitat. Invasive species will unintentionally take over the

rapidly takes over a neighboring plant to the point of extinction. This intern can change the whole

advantage for monitoring reproduction of grass carps is to be able to maintain the way they reproduce.
Disadvantage is it s not always a 100 percent chance. Second solution to try limiting the food supply if

Two Organelles Research Paper
The largest organelle, the nucleus is a membrane bound organelle that contains the vast majority of the
cell s DNA. The nucleus is considered the defining feature of a eukaryotic cell because its presence
separates eukaryotes from the more ancient prokaryotic cell. The nucleus is often referred to as the
control center of the cell because the DNA that it contains directs all aspects of cellular function (18).
While most cells only have one nucleus, some cells (red blood cells) lack a nucleus and are therefore
unable to divide and produce daughter cells. In humans, some types of skeletal muscle cells have
multiple nuclei during their development; however multinucleated cells can also be associated with
inflammation (19) and tumor development (20).
The nucleus is bound by the nuclear envelope, a two membrane structure that forms an impermeable
barrier around the DNA and other nuclear components, separating them from the cytoplasm. The inner
nuclear membrane faces the chromosomes and is a phospholipid bilayer that contains many different
proteins. The outer membrane, also a phospholipid bilayer, faces the cytoplasm and in many cells it is
continuous with the rough ER (21). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Each pore complex is composed of approximately 1000 proteins called nucleoporins (18). Each pore
is large enough to allow passage of ribosomal subunits, large protein RNA complexes, and other
materials that are necessary for gene expression and chromosomal maintenance. Larger molecules
must be actively transported through the pore while small molecules and ions move freely between the
nucleus and the cytosol. Therefore in addition to providing a protected compartment for the DNA, the
nuclear envelope also regulates gene expression by controlling the movement of proteins, RNA and
other regulatory molecules into or out of the nucleus

Industrial Revolution Vs Second Industrialization
First, the Industrial Revolution effectively expanded the United States. Without the Industrial
Revolution, railroads would not have come to exist to the extent that they did. Industrialization
allowed the production of huge quantities of rails and of rolling stock to go on those rails. When
railroads spread out across the US, eventually reaching the Pacific, the country s size effectively
increased. Goods from one part of the country could easily be brought to other parts of the country.
This was such an important step in creating a wonderful country.
Second, the Industrial Revolution made cities larger and more important. Before industrialization,
cities had been important as transportation hubs, but had not been major economic engines. During the
Industrial Revolution, cities grew as factories grew faster and attracted workers. The cities also
became more important to the economy because they were the site at which valuable goods were
being produced.

The Importance Of Forgiving In Divorce Mediator Plano TX
When faced with the prospect of ending a marriage, divorce mediators Plano TX realize forgiveness
may be the last thing on your mind. However, in order to ensure an amicable split that doesn t result in
unnecessary trauma for you or your family, mindfulness and the ability to forgive is a key skill to
master. The first step in learning how to forgive is learning what isn t forgiveness.
Forgiving someone does not mean you pardon or excuse what the other person did, or that you will
forget the incident ever happened. Just because you ve forgiven someone doesn t mean you won t still
feel angry, sad or betrayed, or that there isn t still a lot to work out. You don t have to tell the person
you ve forgiven them and you certainly don t have to continue to make a place for them in your life.
Many people are afraid of forgiving someone simply because they worry it will mean they will have to

One important thing that I learnt from this skill is that sometimes you might not need to speak a lot or
try to speak all the time, but the important thing is that you should try to see which actor shares the
same opinion as you and whether that actor is strong enough to act on your behalf. This was really
obvious in the activity of multilateral negotiations on negotiating intervention in a civil conflict where
I played Iraq. I found that Iraq shared a lot in common with the Arab states, especially Iran on the
Syrian issues. Balancing interests in the negotiation through the Arab countries helped Iraq protect its
interests. Without speaking much, but allying very well with Iran and balancing the interests with the
Arab states, it turned out that I gained the highest score in my group.
However, there was one thing I found quite unrealistic about this activity. That was the rule on
unanimous agreement. I do not think this can be applied in the real world situation. I think that it
would be better if we do not need to stick on this. The unanimous rule made some players concede too
much, and that did not reflect real international negotiations. The role play on Six party talks was both
fun and useful. This role play gave me a chance to practice more skills on negotiation and chairing.
This activity really showed the difficulties of negotiations on issues that are really critical to national
survival. The North Korean issue was very

Examples Of Push And Pull Factors On Mexican Immigration
Mexico is an extremely important country, as far as immigration is concerned, in the world. It has a
large amount of emigrants that leave their country each year. Many of these emigrants go to the United
States. This has caused the Mexican immigration issue to become very popular. After research, we
have found out a lot about the country of Mexico. One fact about Mexico is that it has multiple push
and pull factors. A few examples of some of Mexico s pull factors are because of a beautiful
landscape, lower costs of living, and affordable properties. These are all major factors in the moving
process. Unfortunately, Mexico has a large amount of push factors as well. Some of these push factors
are urbanization in the West, violence, and migration policies. It is clear by the amount of people
migrating from, and to, Mexico that these are big factors in migration. According to Fox News, The
Pew Research Center found that slightly more than 1 million Mexicans and their families, including
American born children, left the U.S. for Mexico from 2009 to 2014 (Fox News). This shows how
much pull factors are involved in Mexican immigration. Push and pull factors are a huge part of one of
the world s biggest immigration issues, but their are other factors as well.
One of those factors in Mexican immigration is the landscape of the country. According to

Foil Characters In Romeo And Juliet
William Shakespeare is the greatest playwright in the history of the world, and one of his most famous
tragedy plays is Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare is about two star crossed
lovers Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet. Their families are in a feud and brawls have taken place
between these two families. Romeo s personality can be viewed differently from different parts of the
play with the other characters he is around. At one point of the play he can be seen as a positive,
tranquil man and the next moment later he is a vicious, stubborn person. Using foils Romeo s
character is developed by contrasting through Friar Laurence s wise personality, Balthasar s loyal
personality, and Benvolio s peaceful personality. Friar Laurence develops Romeo s character through
his wise personality making Romeo look stubborn. Romeo demonstrates as being stubborn when he
finds out he is banished and is willing to kill himself by saying, Wert thought as young as I, Juliet thy

Cost Of Industrialization
Industrialization is the development of industries in a country or region. There were both costs and
benefits of industrialization in the Industrial Revolution. The costs of industrialization, there was a lot
of child labor and the factories were very unhealthy for anyone who worked in them. There were a lot
of benefits as well. It made the cities grow in population, and it needed a new form of transportation
therefore the railroads were created. The advantages do outweigh the disadvantages but not how they
were back then.

things that are still very useful in today s time. In the World History Textbook, written by Spielvogel,
he writes, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the World History textbook it says, factory owners sometimes sought entire families, including
children, to work in their factories (Spielvogel 366). In today s time, child labor is against the law.
Children should not be working in factories because they re small and they could get hurt very easily.
Another cost would be that the factories were very unhealthy for anyone who worked there. The
textbook states, industrial workers faced wretched working conditions. Work hours ranged from 12 to
16 hours a day, six hours a week (Spielvogel 369). That means they only get one day off and they don
t get to sleep very much. The textbook describes cotton mills to be the worst factories, the worst
conditions were in the cotton mills, where the temperatures were especially harmful (367). The cotton
mills were very dangerous for the people who worked there and even children worked in them.
The benefits of industrialization do not outweigh the costs, as they were back then. Nothing can
outweigh child labor or how unhealthy the factories are. Children were working in the factories and
that in itself is bad, but with the factories being extremely unhealthy, it made it way worse for them. If
industrialization happened it today s time, where child labor is illegal and they do health inspections,

audience to create pathos. This is done with a news bulletin on the radio about shootings, an attack on
Edwards husband for wearing the wrong color shirt, and an intense scene involving a roadblock by
gunmen. But Hamilton gives us hope too. Edwards finally gives the young boy a ride despite the
danger that may be involved in doing so. She also pays the gunmen at the roadblock to let her pass
with the boy in her taxi rather than leaving him to an uncertain fate at their hands. And when the
election, the cause of all the tension, is over luminaires are sent up to signal a new beginning. Keeping
in mind, all the while this is all in a day s work for a young woman trying to feed her family.

An Epidemic in the Government was the The American...
Government is a branch or service of the supreme authority of a state or nation, taken as representing
the whole. The government was a system that was ordained by God in order to maintain liberties that
God has granted us and also punish those who disobey God commands. One of the roles given to the
government is to promote economic progress by protecting the rights of individuals and allowing for
the free market economy of the laws of supply and demand to free take place. One epidemic that has
surfaced over the years would be the The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012. The law allows for
many of the Bush tax cuts to retain while those who have a higher income are taxed at a higher rate.
One of the major problems that this act of legislation causes economically is an unequal taxation of
different groups based on their income. Those who make $400,000+ are taxed a rate of 39.6% of their
total income. (H.R 8, 112th Congress) This does not incorporate sales tax and property taxes that are
also taken each year as well. In the book Economics in One Lesson by Henry Hazlitt, one topic that is
discussed is how taxes discourages production. In the case of The American Taxpayer Relief Act of
2012, those who are of working class category will not see a change in their tax rates. This is great
since the monetary funds that they do not pay in taxes they can either invest or use in the market.
However, the taxes for those who are of upper class status have the burden. As Hazlitt

The Vulgar Photo Shoot Of Miley Cyrus For Trans People
The vulgar photo shoot of Miley Cyrus for Trans People
It is a fact that nowadays the media industry has contributed incredibly to promote the ideas of today s
society. Even more has contributed to the effort to eliminate the taboo most of them sexual orientation
issues or homophobic issues through various campaigns. A very common combination for projecting
an issue through the media and with great appeal in the audience is the promotion and topic view from
famous celebrities that they have huge resonance to young people. It is also well known that the
projection of a subject in a provocative way has more impact because everything that causes shock to
the audience discussed more, and therefore the impact will be greater. The question is whether it is
exploitable the content of the topic that is pretending that is promoted and defend, as many celebrities
do periodically like the following celebrity which will be discussed below. How many times we see
celebrity figures of biz show to promote or participate in a campaign, which is delivered with nude
photo shoots that advocate homosexuality issues? Are we sure that the fact that they want to pass to
the audience will not be presented incorrectly? The following issue that is going to be analyzed is a
recent photo shoot of the famous singer and songwriter Miley Cyrus that after all the extreme public
appearances in the social media or in public areas and extreme and almost inappropriate photos shots

Duadi Azibo White American Psychology
Psychology can be defined as the study of the mind and behavior. Each individual thinks differently
and have different beliefs. Also, everyone has a different personality. Therefore, everyone cannot have
the same treatment. Reading the statement by Duadi Azibo, I agree with the statement White
American psychology may not always be wholly relevant or applicable in the analysis or treatment of
Blacks or African Americans. There has been discrimination between White Americans and African
Americans, so it would be immoral to use white psychology for the treatment of Blacks or African
Americans. To treat a person of color, one must first understand the struggles that African Americans
once faced. White Americans and Blacks or African Americans

Part 1: Porter s National Diamond Analysis
Porter s national diamond analysis model has four main determinants, which are factor conditions,
related and supporting industries, demand conditions as well as strategy, structure and rivalry.
Factor Conditions
Factor conditions are those factors that can be utilised by companies inherently found within a nation
which might provide competitive advantage such as human resources, material resources, knowledge
resources, capital resources and infrastructure. These factor conditions can be built upon by companies
to improve their competitiveness.
Factor conditions could be divided into two resources as home grown resources and highly specialised
resources. As Michael Porter described, the home grown resources are important and in the case of
Tunisia includes the natural resource of a climate well suited to wine growing, plenty of sunshine,
fertile soil as well as limited pollution which all aid the industry of grape planting. Political and
historical factors through Tunisia s history such as the romans, French occupation which resulted in
over 600 caves being created for wine aging and a recent flourish in the Tunisian wine industry after
the 1980 s has left Tunisia with a number of cooperatives and engineers all with specialist skills in
wine production where modern techniques are being used creating innovation, technical progress and
competitive advantage.

Underwater Welder Research Paper
Underwater Welding Have you ever had dreams of breathing underwater? Well, you can make that
your job being an underwater welder. I think being an underwater welder could be an interesting,
rewarding, and enjoyable career. Some underwater welders make more than 200,000 a year! Who
wouldn t want to do that? But, being an underwater welder can be a dangerous job. So safety is a huge
part in it. Just to make sure everyone makes it back up to the surface, welders always work in teams
no matter how small the job is. Underwater welders have to pay attention to detail to ensure safety.
They will always bail if something isn t safe, instead of quickly finishing the job. (Water Welders)
Also, as an underwater welder you are responsible for

Active Antiretroviral Therapy ( Haart )
Since the advent of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) there has been a significant decrease
in the impact of HIV associated comorbidities. The HIV status of patients can present with numerous
oral manifestations, and their implications make it an essential field of study for the general dentist.
However, while the decline of these comorbidities is well documented, the continued prevalence of
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is of notable concern. The primary manifestation of HPV in the oral
cavity presents as the Squamous Papilloma, commonly referred to as the oral wart. Our preconception
of the lesion usually consists of a cauliflower shaped mass projecting from the buccal mucosa. But it

It represents 2.5% of all oral lesions and is the most frequently observed papillary lesion in the oral
cavity (2). The majority of these lesions are associated with varying HPV subtypes and considerable
research has been conducted to identify them. It should be noted that not all squamous papillomas
have a viral etiology; however, this discussion will focus on those that do. Epidemiologically, HPV is
a significant health burden worldwide as well as to the U.S population. Currently, the U.S estimated
incidence of genital HPV is 5.5 million, and the prevalence of current infection is estimated at 20
million (3). Assessment of HPV infection is accomplished by HPV DNA detection tests through PCR
technique. Data on infection in women is more numerous, due to the availability of standardized
methods of mucosal sampling. Detection is essential in infected patients as the majority of cases can
appear asymptomatic, (especially in men) with no means of detection physically or cytologically. HPV
is a double stranded DNA virus of the papovavirus family containing a single molecule (2). The
various subtypes are antigenically distinct yet still retain common antigenic determinants.
Proliferation of the virus is dependent on the host cell s DNA and occurs in the nuclei of the host s
epithelial cells. Expression of the viral genome comes about due to the host DNA

2. What are some of the major issues that Alexander the Great faced when he ascended the throne after
his father s death? How did Alexander handle these issues? After Alexander s father Philip II died,
there was not someone better than Alexander the Great to take the throne. Unfortunately, many of the
Greek cities thought he was too young and inexperienced to be able to handle the throne and do a
proper job like his father. People doubts and reluctant to accept him as their rightful King did not
discourage him, to prove no man can do a better job than him and put people doubts at ease,

Pros And Disadvantages Of Asylum
I. Asylum is granted only in cases of political offences and not to common criminals.
II. Asylum is granted in accordance with the laws and usages of the state of refuge, and it is for the
latter to appreciate whether the offence committed by the refugee is a political offence or a common
crime.
III. The territorial state may request the departure of the refugee from its territory and the state of
refuge may then require the former state to deliver a safe conduct enabling the refugee to leave the
country safely.
IV. The state which granted asylum sometimes, with the same end in view, requests that a safe conduct
be issued to refugee.
3. Caracas Convention (1954): The decision of the International Court Haya de la Torre led to some
dissatisfaction among Latin American countries. As such a conference was convened at Caracas in
1954, which drew up an Inter American Convention on Diplomatic asylum. The Convention
established the controlling rights of the asylum granting state to categorize the nature of offences for
which the fugitive s arrest is sought, and to decide upon the urgency of the circumstances ... Show

Asylum on Humanitarian grounds: Asylum in a foreign embassy or legation is a subject which affords
a good illustration of the change and development of the rules of international law. In modern times, it
is asserted, the right to asylum, if it were generally recognized, would tend to constitute an abuse. It
would interfere with good government. The practice of asylum is even looked on with a tolerant eye
and the personnel of a foreign legation are not very glad to use this right. To the diplomatic agent
concerned the practice is nothing but a burden. But the practice is defended on humanitarian grounds.
Motives of humanity exclude a rigid refusal to receive a man who may be in peril of his life, but the
general rule now is to limit the reception of such political refugees to cases where the person received
is in instant or imminent personal

Assuming that the individual choosing the numbers knows no more about the winning sequence than the random generator, then this notion is illogical. Choosing is as arbitrary by a person as a random generator the only difference is that people often choose numbers with sentimental value, such as a birthday, anniversary, or favorite number. However, in this particular instance, people felt that their odds were increased when they chose the numbers despite no apparent logical reason to think so ergo, the illusion of control (Sanger). It is important to note that the illusion of control had no measurable effect in this scenario whether people chose their numbers or not, their odds did not change. I think this implies that even when we are able to achieve unity between our interior and exterior selves, some things are simply out of our self s reach. Sometimes, other factors are simply too powerful to ignore; consequently, they are given control. This ecosystem is called the Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary (FGBNMS). FGBNMS is a coral reef that monitored and preserved by NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. NOAA sees the FGBNMS as a valuable natural resource that we need to protect. The intent of this memo is to identify the resources that FGBNMS provides, what policies are in place to protect those resources, what effect these policies have had, and what actions to take from this point forward. Fortunately, the policies regarding this natural resource are accomplishing the goal of protecting this reef, so I do not recommend to many changes to the existing policies, except for a few slight changes. • 8. Evaluation Of A New Hybrid Strategy Abstract Testing is an important process in software development and widely used by developers to reveal bugs. Often, software failures can lead to disastrous consequences such as loss of data, fortune and lives. Test engineers have generated a set of test cases to validate against the user requirements. The highest number of reduction can save a cost of testing. When dealing with a large line of code (LOCs) there still has redundancy happened. Our experiment studies about hybrid tReduct GNA_SA and the existing strategies to counter test redundancy reduction issues. In our experiment, we apply four (tReductLAHC, tReductSA, tReductGNA and tReduct GNA_SA) test suite reduction strategies for six different situation. After that, we then measure the effectiveness of the diversified solutions of four test suite reduction strategies. Our experiment shows that a new hybrid strategy tReduct GNA_SA offers more effectiveness to reduce redundancy compared to existing work. Keywords: Test suite redundancy reduction. • 9. What Is The Timeline Of The Big Bang Theory Timeline of The Big Bang The broadly accepted philosophy for the evolution of our universe is the Big Bang theory, which states that the universe began as an incredibly hot and dense point roughly 13.7 billion years ago before expanding into a large, unexplored cosmos; home to an unknown amount of planets and systems. The universe is said to have begun with a cataclysm that generated space and time, as well as all of the matter and energy that the universe will ever hold. For an incomprehensibly tiny fraction of a second, the universe is theoretically an infinitely dense fireball. At 10 35 to 10 33 seconds, a runaway process called inflation is said to have caused a vast expansion of space filled with energy. The inflationary period is stopped only when this has converted into the matter and energy we know of today. After inflation, one millionth of a second after the Big Bang, the universe supposedly continues to expand, but not nearly as quickly. The most basic forces in nature become distinct: first gravity, then the strong force of which holds atoms together, followed by electromagnetic forces. By the first second, the universe is made up of fundamental particles and energy: from electrons, photons, to less familiar types. These particles merge together to form protons and neutrons which will combine to form the nuclei of simple elements such as hydrogen, helium and lithium. The first major creation of the universe was radiation different wavelengths of light, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 11. El Nino Effects On Coastal Environments El Niño refers to the large scale climatic relationship between the ocean and atmosphere, linked to a sporadic warming in sea temperatures across the central and east central Equatorial Pacific, (What are El Nino and La Nina, 2016). Effects of the El Nino typically develop over North America before the winter months, and include warmer than average temperatures over western and central Canada and The United States. The force of El Niño can significantly influence weather patters, marine conditions, and a large proportion of coastal environments, (What are El Nino and La Nina, 2016). Relatively new information considering impacts of El Niño due to warming temperatures has introduced new ideas that El Niño has a direct effect on coastal landforms in the state of California, (earth a dynamic structure, 2003). Scholars argue that the presence and strengthening of the El Niño have detrimental impacts on coastal environments in California, (earth a dynamic structure, 2003; Sanders, 2016). These impacts include cliff erosion and the collapsing of cliffs, bigger waves eroding away beaches and the coast, landslides, and sea level rise, (Richmond Gibbs, 1998). The country was so behind with the rapid industrialization, that new diffusion of ideas was necessary and sought out by citizens. Colliding of religions also involved new education and new foreign languages. As seen in document five, philanthropy was a key part and wanted five percent better through Europe at the time. This showed Africa s hesitant distinction through the late 1880 s to 1950 s and was portrayed across the globe as a developing reputation. Problems with governments, leaders, and trade reflected onto Africa that also left religious views and questions in the air. Against imperialism, Africa saw no hope in ever regaining independence. Colonial conflict struct, and a self government without the help of other countries was out of the picture. In documents three and nine, a German man and German Social Democratic party address how Africa is beginning to look like Europe and how markets within Africa are no longer relevant to new markets which each country tries to usurp to itself . J McCloskey in his article, On Being an Atheist, is trying to show the readers are more reasonable and comfortable belief than that of Christianity. In the article he also puts up an argument concerning two theistic point of which is the cosmological and teleological argument. McCloskey also talks about the problems resulting from all the evil in the world. He goes as far to point out this evil in a world the God had made and blames God for it. Due to that fact and other issues, he believes that it is irrational to live by faith. According to his work, proof is not really necessary part to play a vital role in the belief of God. In his work he states that believing in an uncaused first cause of the universe is a problem because nothing in the universe brings us to that conclusion. The rationalization from cause effect understands a relation between things that are in existence, and will pass out of existence. If God was to be taken part of the frame of causation already in motion, then it would belong to that which would have caused by something else. That cause holds to that which is outside the framework of causation. Concerning the cosmological argument McCloskey writes that all we entitle to infer is the existence of a cause commensurate with the effect to be explained, the universe, and this does not entitle us to postulate on all powerful, all perfect uncaused cause. (McCloskey, 1968) This would be true for there is no reason why to necessary infer a God person. The inference is of the nature that suggest a cause of such magnitude that is practically God like. McCloskey words don t disprove the rational of a God. Entitlement not to call this cause God is neither entitlement to deny calling the cause or considering it to be God . Looking at the teleological argument, McCloskey has tied the argument from design together. He is also at the same time rejecting both of them. He does this because he thinks that mankind is not able nor have the ability to have a full understanding about Creation. He s description of Creation is described by the theory of ... Our invasive and native species impact our eco systems dramatically. Although they seem to be harmless from rapid breeding and overpopulation. Taking over the surrounding areas so that other species are not able to survive. Aggressive species is another way to impact the ecosystems by endangering other species that live in the same habitat. Monitoring our wildlife will protect our succession in preventing ecosystem changes. Such as the damage from invasive species on a natural habitat. Invasive species will unintentionally take over the habitat to the point that other species will not be able to survive. For example an unknown vine that rapidly takes over a neighboring plant to the point of extinction. This intern can change the whole flow of energy in the ecosystem by soil chemistry. Here are four tips as a solution to the grass carp situation. First try to eliminate reproduction by possibly separating the male from the females and monitoring the reproduction amounts. The advantage for monitoring reproduction of grass carps is to be able to maintain the way they reproduce. Disadvantage is it s not always a 100 percent chance. • 29. Two Organelles Research Paper The largest organelle, the nucleus is a membrane bound organelle that contains the vast majority of the cell s DNA. The nucleus is considered the defining feature of a eukaryotic cell because its presence separates eukaryotes from the more ancient prokaryotic cell. The nucleus is often referred to as the control center of the cell because the DNA that it contains directs all aspects of cellular function (18). While most cells only have one nucleus, some cells (red blood cells) lack a nucleus and are therefore unable to divide and produce daughter cells. In humans, some types of skeletal muscle cells have multiple nuclei during their development; however multinucleated cells can also be associated with inflammation (19) and tumor development (20). The nucleus is bound by the nuclear envelope, a two membrane structure that forms an impermeable barrier around the DNA and other nuclear components, separating them from the cytoplasm. The inner nuclear membrane faces the chromosomes and is a phospholipid bilayer that contains many different proteins. The outer membrane, also a phospholipid bilayer, faces the cytoplasm and in many cells it is continuous with the rough ER (21). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Another cost would be that the factories were very unhealthy for anyone who worked there. The textbook states, industrial workers faced wretched working conditions. Work hours ranged from 12 to 16 hours a day, six hours a week (Spielvogel 369). That means they only get one day off and they don t get to sleep very much. The textbook describes cotton mills to be the worst factories, the worst conditions were in the cotton mills, where the temperatures were especially harmful (367). We find he has to get home to take care of younger siblings and, if need be, will walk many miles to do so. The body language of characters also creates a sense of pathos throughout the piece. You can feel the discouragement, fear, desperation and happiness without a single word from the characters. Danger is another effective tool this filmmaker puts in place for her audience to create pathos. This is done with a news bulletin on the radio about shootings, an attack on Edwards husband for wearing the wrong color shirt, and an intense scene involving a roadblock by gunmen. But Hamilton gives us hope too. Edwards finally gives the young boy a ride despite the danger that may be involved in doing so. She also pays the gunmen at the roadblock to let her pass with the boy in her taxi rather than leaving him to an uncertain fate at their hands. The government was a system that was ordained by God in order to maintain liberties that God has granted us and also punish those who disobey God commands. One of the roles given to the government is to promote economic progress by protecting the rights of individuals and allowing for the free market economy of the laws of supply and demand to free take place. One epidemic that has surfaced over the years would be the The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012. The law allows for many of the Bush tax cuts to retain while those who have a higher income are taxed at a higher rate. One of the major problems that this act of legislation causes economically is an unequal taxation of different groups based on their income. Those who make $400,000+ are taxed a rate of 39.6% of their total income. (H.R 8, 112th Congress) This does not incorporate sales tax and property taxes that are also taken each year as well. In the book Economics in One Lesson by Henry Hazlitt, one topic that is discussed is how taxes discourages production. In the case of The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, those who are of working class category will not see a change in their tax rates.
