2. What makes me unique!
What sticks me out different from the competition, is im very innovative and am very good at seeing the future and
seeing what I want to do to improve the company and my own personal work.
I'm hard working and competitive (in a good way). I believe there is always something that can be done, and
improved. I believe in respect and how that can take a company and personal relationships a long way. I have
worked and participated in many different brands and companies. I participated in podcast talking sports and
esports, I streamed sports games and live events and casted over the games but in my own special way to keep
people interested.
A brand in my eyes can always approve, and a brand has to be innovative to be able to adapt to the
circumstances around them and how the world is changing, to constantly be able to grow and get a new audience.
3. Profession
I want to work somewhere in the Sports Casting Industry Specifically courtside at the NBA Finals game in 2036 casting the
best of the best players in the moSi no responde, tendremos que cerrar este ticket en breve.st important game of the year.
Three Jobs I found were News Analyst Reporters and Journalists, Broadcast announcers and Radio Disc Junkies, and
Entertainers and Performers , Sports and Related Workers.
Mine top brand archetype was Creator Brand. I take an approach at different job opportunities differently since the first think
I look when I see the job is what can I do to make it different and better. I want to create a different environment where I can
add my own input and flare so it may draw a new audience or bring back an old audience.
4. Target Audience
My target audience for being an ESPN Reporter and Broadcaster would mainly be focused on the
upcoming generation, I would not want to be focused on a specific gender since I believe there is
no limit to what she/he likes and enjoys to watch or listen to. The level of education would be
around 6th graders plus to fully understand the game and the impact the players are having on the
game. Location would be somewhere where its an english speaking country or if the person
speaks english to fully understand what i'm saying. The audience will have a love for the game of
basketball or baseball and want to learn more and cheer on their favorite team. I will breakdown
the game in a level where it will help others who are highly motivated to grow and be better to learn
and become the best player, or the best broadcaster they can be.
5. Career Goals
Over the basis of my broadcasting career my goals are……
- One of my goals would to be casting one of the biggest games in nba history.
2036 game 7 NBA finals is one of biggest goals.
- I would go crazy to be on a show called the jump or the inside the nba and be
able to talk basketball and give our opinions on situations happening in the
nba.
- One of my biggest goals is to own my own podcast and be able to have
special guests and talk basketball in my own way with 0 restrictions.
6. Skills Analysis
- My Two Technical Skills are Operation and Control because i've worked with equipment my whole life and very easy
at understanding which tools and buttons control what. My other technical is Troubleshooting as a kid I was always
that family member that would figure out what was wrong with the internet, tv, anything around the house that
needed fixed.
- My two Notable Soft Skills are Leadership and Problem Solving. Leadership because growing up and still today, I
thrive to be a leader and direct and help others who are lost and need hello with the situation. Problem Solving
because I always wanna find a way to make a problem better rather than ignoring the issue at hand.
- My two Notable Hard Skills are Computer Skills and Management Skills. Computer Skills because I've been building
PCs and learning how every part in a PC works since I was young. I just finished my 3200$ PC this last summer
from working jobs and mowing lawns around my neighborhood. Management Skills because forever i’ve always had
a way to manage my time and all my work.

14. Elevator Pitch
Hi, my name is Tyler Justice and I think I have a resolution for the lost audience in
the online scene. I feel as if we aren't getting enough attention for the younger
audience since we are focusing and only talking about the old players and always
talking about the past generations of the sport, instead we should focus on the
now and the impact the players have on the game of basketball today. Since no
kid more in 2036 got to grow up watching Larry Bird play basketball. They don't
care they wanna talk about the players now and what they did for the game they
play/played.
