It discusses hypertension, air pollution, sound pollution, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and drug addiction. For each issue, it outlines contributing factors and recommendations. For example, it notes that hypertension is caused by high blood pressure and recommends a healthy diet low in salt, regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, and managing stress. It also differentiates between illness, disease, and sickness, defining illness as a personal experience, disease as a medical diagnosis, and sickness as the social role assumed due to health problems.

2. Breathe Deeply
Breathing deeply is one of the most helpful tips to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. If you feel stressed or tension evoked, you should change the way to breathe. Give yourself a 5-minute break from all the things that bother you. Only concentrate on your breathing to get relaxed as relaxation normally starts with concentration on breathing.

Social contact is an efficient stress reliever because it creates distractions, provides support, and aids you in getting familiar with ups and downs.

3. Major health problems in Bangladesh with
probable solution in the light of public health
aspect:-
1.Hypertension: Hypertension is high
blood pressure. Blood pressure is the force of
blood pushing against the walls of arteries as it
flows through them.
Eat a better diet, which may include reducing salt
Enjoy regular physical activity
Maintain a healthy weight
Manage stress
4. • 2.Airpollution:
Air pollution is contamination of the indoor or outdoor environment
by any chemical, physical or biological agent that modifies the natural
characteristics of the atmosphere.
Governments throughout the world have already taken action
against air pollution by introducing green energy.
Governments are also forcing companies to be more
responsible with their manufacturing activities.
Car manufacturing companies are also building more energy
efficient cars, which pollute less than before.
5. •3.Sound pollution: Like many other pollutions sound
pollution is also endangering our lives. When the vibration of sound
exceeds the normal tolerable limit it is called sound pollution.
Beep your car horn only when it is really needed.
Switch off your radio, TV, or music player when you are not
listening to it for a long time.
Barking by dogs also causes noise pollution. Training them
properly can prevent this kind of noise.
Use your calm voice while conversing with others. Don’t shout
or scream.
Keep the sound volume of music played on computers and
speakers low. It can cause damage to your as well as others’ ears.
6. • 4.Heart Disease: A structural or functional abnormality
of the heart, or of the blood vessels supplying the heart, that
impairs its normal functioning.
Know your blood pressure and keep it under control
Exercise regularly
Don't smoke
Get tested for diabetes and if you have it, keep it under
control
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables

instead.
Control Your Weight
If You Smoke, Try to Quit
8. • 6.Cancer :it is not just one disease, but a large
group of almost 100 diseases. Its two main
characteristics are uncontrolled growth of the cells in
the human body.
Vaccines help reduce cancer risk.
The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine helps
prevent most cervical cancers and some vaginal
and vulvar cancers.
The hepatitis B vaccine can help reduce liver
cancer risk.
9. 7.Drug Addiction: Drug is usually used as
medicine to cure diseases. But sometimes it is taken by
some people as a source of amusement. This habit of taking
drug is called drug addiction.
Education is the first battle.Children need to be told at
home and in school about drugs.
People need to be aware of the effects so that they can
avoid this problem
Increase police manpower and create effective laws to
stop drug dealers
11. Illness
The concept cycle of “illness,” “disease,” and “sickness,”
has been used to capture different aspects of ill health,
Illness is defined as the ill health the person identifies
themselves with, often based on self reported mental
or physical symptoms. In some cases this may mean
only minor or temporary problems, but in other cases
self reported illness might include severe health
problems or acute suffering. It may include health
conditions that limit the person’s ability to lead a
normal life.
11
12. Disease
Disease, on the other hand, is defined as a condition
that is diagnosed by a physician or other medical
expert. Ideally, this would include a specific diagnosis
according to standardized and systematic diagnostic
codes. This would in most cases also mean that the
specific condition has a known biomedical cause and
often known treatments and cures.
12
13. Sickness
Sickness is related to a different phenomenon, namely
the social role a person with illness or sickness takes
or is given in society, in different arenas of life.
Sickness is relating to sickness absence from work.
Such data are often used to measure social
consequences for the person of ill health.
