c) Fill the protocol for each section of 100

d) Estimate distresses severity and
propagation and calibrate HDM4
configuration

 Shall contain the following
1. Definition of different distresses
– Cracking along wheel patch
– Alligator cracking
– thermal Cracking, etc…
1. Severity
– Rutting:
– S1 < 10 mm
– S2 >10 and < 20 mm
– S3 > 20 mm
1. Propagation/distribution/Spreading
– Local < 10% of the total section’s
length
– Moderate > 10% <50% of the total
section’s length
– General > 50% of the total section’s
length
4. Method of measurement

Each section has to be marked GPS, or other means b) Use inspection manual, describe distresses c) Fill the protocol for each section of 100 I. Severity II. Propagation of distresses d) Estimate distresses severity and propagation and calibrate HDM4 configuration

Definition of different distresses – Cracking along wheel patch – Alligator cracking – thermal Cracking, etc… 1. Severity – Rutting: – S1 < 10 mm – S2 >10 and < 20 mm – S3 > 20 mm 1. Propagation/distribution/Spreading – Local < 10% of the total section’s length – Moderate > 10% <50% of the total section’s length – General > 50% of the total section’s length 4.
