This document describes the cases of 14 patients who experienced recurrent shoulder instability after arthroscopic stabilization surgery. It provides details on each patient's age, athletic activities, history of dislocations prior to surgery, lesions found during surgery, surgical procedure performed, post-operative rehabilitation, and reason for recurrence of instability. The recurrences ranged from 6 months to 6 years after surgery and were often due to traumatic events or poor rehabilitation.
