 Serves as the liaison with other departments, dealerships, Region and/or Corporate in the
resolution of Human Resource related issues
 Answers Human Resource policy questions in assigned dealerships
 Conducts annual benefit enrollment and 401(k) meetings for assigned dealerships
 Assists hiring managers in the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for open
positions at assigned dealerships
 Monitors all pre-employment testing and assessments for new hires and additional
requirements for position changes
 Completes all new hire documentation in compliance with company standards and
government regulations and conducts new hire orientation
 Coordinates completion of Personnel Action Forms documentation as necessary and based
on approval requirements
 Monitors the status of associates on leaves of absence, including workers compensation, and
facilitate their return to work
 Ensure the proactive identification and resolution of Associate relations issues—Ensures the
timely, accurate distribution of Associate-related communications
 Meets with department managers at all assigned dealerships regarding turnover and open
positions
 Ensures dealership level compliance with company Human Resource processes, procedures
and approval requirements
 Follows up on performance improvement plans and works on any compliance issues
 Investigates, reports and resolves associate complaints and issues
 Coordinates and monitors Associate training and may conduct training in selected areas
 Serves as a resource for the implementation of all corporate/region sponsored Human

 Develops controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, maintains accurate records,
and establishes and maintains the data processing capabilities to accomplish the dealership’s
objectives. At which time the data processing has fully transitioned to the Shared Service Center,
the position will serve as a primary source of contact between the store(s) and the SSC, for deals
that have been submitted.
 Prepares legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles and verifies and makes
payoffs on vehicle trade-ins.
 Assisting in coordinating and supporting all activities involved in processing payroll for the
dealership.
 The Accounting Associate is responsible for recording various general ledger journal entries and
preparing reports for dealership.
 Facilitate a Quality Control and Review in part by alerting F&I Director when deal cannot
proceed to SSC by returning deal to F&I Department for resolution.
 Checks deal paperwork for accuracy after F&I Manager has signed off on the deal and prior to
the deal leaving the store for the Shared Service Center (SSC).
