input previously incorporated in this procedure and created associated work instructions
 Developed and maintained relationships with various local staffing agencies in order to efficiently fill
temporary production positions

 Processed new-hire, benefits, leave, termination and payroll paperwork; ensuring legal compliance and serving
as primary contact for any related questions from employees/management
 Recommended, drafted and implemented changes to Streator location’s HR policies and procedures
