As a Navigator Management Consultant I served as the Payroll Project Lead for the 2011
Canadian Payroll project for the Express Fashion Stores. As Payroll Lead, was responsible for
functional requirements for Canadian payroll. I also provided design and configuration plans to
support the Canadian payroll in People Soft HRMS 8.3. In addition I provided assistance in the
project planning, creation, execution and documenting test scenarios. Identified and addressed
